Ron,
I was initially disappointed that I had agreed to let you install the wrong door (a different one came in than I ordered), but decided it was not worth waiting another 4-6 weeks...and now I am happy with the new door.
You were honest about what might have happened (that it may have been your company's fault and not the manufacturer) and I respect you for that. You're great to deal with, and did a great job installing it. I will call you if I ever back through the door again!
