Precision Garage Door has always been dedicated to bringing you REAL, fair and honest reviews. We receive reviews from our customers through many different mediums. To make our reviews more transparent, we have decided to reveal how exactly these reviews get here.
Types of Reviews
This review was a "Report Card Submission". We ask our customers to fill out a "report card", like the one pictured below, at the completion of every job. The star rating is an average of how the technician performed in knowledge, promptness, courtesy, ability to finish the job quickly and in one visit, clean up of the job site and overall quality of the finished work. To add transparency to our business we make these public on our website.
At the completion of every job we ask our customers to review our business on our website. Their comments are reviewed manually for inappropriate language and then posted to the website unedited.
This review was a "Telephone Submission". Often after work is completed we conduct a telephone survey to ensure complete satisfaction with the work we did. With permission, Comments from these calls are transcribed and displayed on our website.
This review was an "E-mail Submission". Sometimes our customers send us emails to let us know more about how we performed. With their permission these are posted to the site.
This review was a "Postal Mail Submission". Our customers send us letters through traditional postal mail reviewing our performance. When they do, we transcribe it and place it on our website.

Mark did his best to repair our ancient garage door opener. When that proved impossible, he gave us good information regarding our choices. He installed a new opener, checked out the opener on our other door, adjusted and lubed everything, and left our garage neat and clean.
We're very pleased with our new Precision door opener, and with the quality of service provided by Mark.

We bought and had installed a new door from Precision. They were very knowledgeable all the way through the process, from picking out a door to the install and even a few adjustments we wanted made afterward. Price was very competitive and always encountered positive attitudes. We are very picky so for them to have earned five stars from us was not easy. We would recommend them to our family and friends and will use them in the future if the need arises.

We needed our garage door opener repaired or replaced. I had previous experience with Precision and am always impressed with their website. So I called. The tech came out and without high pressure sales tactics informed us our opener could'nt be repaired (because it was so old, it no longer met code). He gave us the options and then proceeded to quickly and expertly install a new opener. He (Mark) was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and neat and ultimately left us with a quiet and reliable opener that we'll enjoy for a long time.

Josh went over the top with customer service! He showed up on time at my house, explained my options for repairs, and did not pressure me on my repairs. The service I received was excellent. Josh was great. Very friendly, informative and no pressure on anything I didn't need. He listened to me. He let me come out and watch a few times and was not annoyed by that. We even joked with each other. He cleaned up everything when he was done. I heard a lot of good things about Precision from a friend Claxton Wells. Felix showed up when scheduled and was very professional. He adjusted my door and looked over everything to make sure it was in proper working condition. He also answered all questions and gave me information on a new door when we are ready. I am thoroughly pleased with Precision Door's performance. Having to work long distance to get my garage door/opener replaced, I found their online ad informative and easy to use. They had an 800 number I could call and, as advertized, I was able to speak with a real person every time I called. They were quick to go to the site and give me an estimate, and within a couple of days had the new door and opener installed at a time that was convenient to my renter. I highly recommend Precision Door.
