Precision Garage Door has always been dedicated to bringing you REAL, fair and honest reviews. We receive reviews from our customers through many different mediums. To make our reviews more transparent, we have decided to reveal how exactly these reviews get here.

Types of Reviews


This review was a "Report Card Submission". We ask our customers to fill out a "report card", like the one pictured below, at the completion of every job. The star rating is an average of how the technician performed in knowledge, promptness, courtesy, ability to finish the job quickly and in one visit, clean up of the job site and overall quality of the finished work. To add transparency to our business we make these public on our website.


At the completion of every job we ask our customers to review our business on our website. Their comments are reviewed manually for inappropriate language and then posted to the website unedited.

This review was a "Telephone Submission". Often after work is completed we conduct a telephone survey to ensure complete satisfaction with the work we did. With permission, Comments from these calls are transcribed and displayed on our website.

This review was an "E-mail Submission". Sometimes our customers send us emails to let us know more about how we performed. With their permission these are posted to the site.

This review was a "Postal Mail Submission". Our customers send us letters through traditional postal mail reviewing our performance. When they do, we transcribe it and place it on our website.

I was initially disappointed that I had agreed to let you install the wrong door (a different one came in than I ordered), but decided it was not worth waiting another 4-6 weeks...and now I am happy with the new door.

You were honest about what might have happened (that it may have been your company's fault and not the manufacturer) and I respect you for that. You're great to deal with, and did a great job installing it. I will call you if I ever back through the door again!

Ronnie did the job when he said that he would and did a quality installation. I was especially impressed with the detailed explanation that I was given regarding both the installation and the operation of both the doors and the openers. Including the extra remote was also a nice touch. Overall a great experience!

Ron Kull was extremely professional in helping us decide on how best to fix our garage doors. We were very concerned about the appearance of new doors, the quality, workmanship of instllation, and price.

We have a very difficult site where the garage is beneath our living room. There is not much headroom to work with and we need a quiet operation. We have talked with several garage door companies over the years, but no one gave us much hope on how to improve them. After several visits Ron determined that the best solution would be to repair and repaint the existing doors. They would maintain the rustic look of the house with cedar shakes and stone, but work like new.

The doors open better than they have in 20 years. They look better. They are so much quieter.

We are totally satisfied with the work and value we received.

As a self employed businessman I was especially impressed with Ron Kull's professionalism and his desire to do what is best for his customer.

I recommend his service for anyone looking for honest advice and quality work at a competitive price.

Ronnie was outstanding when it came to customer satisfaction. Coming from a services organization myself, I have a good idea what to look for. First, he did not try to sell me anything I did not need. Second, he was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue and what he needed to do to fix it. I chose Precision because of the immediate response time. I only had to wait less than two(2) hours from the time I called, to when the technician arrived (all the way out in Caledonia).Fred, the technician was personable, professional, and informative.
