Having known and dealt with Precision for some time and their reputation for good work, it was a no brainer that I would have them trouble shoot my garage door problem. I would recommend Ron and his company to anyone. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He thoroughly inspected my door opener and found it was jammed and proceeded to fix it. He also inspected my garage door and oiled the joints. It's as good as new (even if it is 20 years old.) He also made a point to stress that if your garage door is stuck in the open position to NEVER pull the opener cord. Wait for a professional to safely lower the door. It is very dangerous. Zikret was very polite and helpful. And didn't laugh too hard when we found old smoke detectors making the chirping sound. He did a nice job changing rusty hinges, adding a rubber thing to the bottom of the door and explaining things to me.

We've worked with Precision Garage Doors over the years and they've been constantly great. We had a reoccurring "bang!" when the door went up, and were concerned it might be something major. Zeak showed up right on time, and diagnosed and fixed the issue(s) in no time. I would say based on my experiences with them, their team has always been friendly and clear about what they recommended prior to doing the work, and never fail to repair and fix the problem. Nothing is cheap any more, but Precision is fair, and because of the quality of the work, I'd say they're a value. We won't be calling anyone else.

Didnt like the sound of garage door opener..Sadmir checked everything, lubed all, & spotted a hazard w/spring &adjusted.He told me opener was near 30 yr old.Asked if it should be replaced, replied no its still ok but will need eventual replacement . .Didn't try & sell me. I greatly appreciated the professional, respectful, and friendly service I received today from Sean. He worked hard to find the source of the problem with my aging garage door opener and explained in clear language what he was trying to do. Since the problem is intermittent I'm not yet sure if it was resolved. If I ultimately need to replace the opener I will definitely give my business to this company. Great communication from Precision as to who was coming and basically exactly what time they would be there. We upgraded to a new Wifi garage door opener with a camera as well. We easily purchased a third remote from the tech when he was there. Tech communicated well during the entire install. Very pleased with the level of service and communication from Precision. I highly recommend working with them.
