Precision Garage Door has always been dedicated to bringing you REAL, fair and honest reviews. We receive reviews from our customers through many different mediums. To make our reviews more transparent, we have decided to reveal how exactly these reviews get here.
Types of Reviews
This review was a "Report Card Submission". We ask our customers to fill out a "report card", like the one pictured below, at the completion of every job. The star rating is an average of how the technician performed in knowledge, promptness, courtesy, ability to finish the job quickly and in one visit, clean up of the job site and overall quality of the finished work. To add transparency to our business we make these public on our website.
At the completion of every job we ask our customers to review our business on our website. Their comments are reviewed manually for inappropriate language and then posted to the website unedited.
This review was a "Telephone Submission". Often after work is completed we conduct a telephone survey to ensure complete satisfaction with the work we did. With permission, Comments from these calls are transcribed and displayed on our website.
This review was an "E-mail Submission". Sometimes our customers send us emails to let us know more about how we performed. With their permission these are posted to the site.
This review was a "Postal Mail Submission". Our customers send us letters through traditional postal mail reviewing our performance. When they do, we transcribe it and place it on our website.

We were happy about the honest assessment of our needs. Ron's truthful assessment was only a repair was needed, not a replacement. We had the door repaired and a new Liftmaster installed. It was exactly as promoted. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs something done to their garage door.

Precision did a great job, they were there at the time they stated and explained everything in full detail. Once I found what was wrong with my garage door I figured it would have to be replaced, well Ron came out and said he could fix it at a lot less cost, kind of strange that someone offers help nowdays, anyway, Ron not only fixed the door he pointed out where a previous company had installed the wrong parts and he replaced those as well, being honest the door works better now then ever before. My hats off to Precision Door, I seldom rank companies at the highest as I always feel there is room for improvement but in this case the rating is the best I can give them.

Having discovered a broken spring on my garage door early on a Sunday morning I checked the Yellow pages for a 24 hour service repair company. I called Precision and was told that a technician would arrive between 12 and two. Jason Wagar arrived at 11:45. He immediately began recommending the repairs and pointed out problems with my current set up. I gave my OK for his suggestions, and he went about his work. Upon completion he showed me how to test the door for balance and gave me maintenance tips. I am very happy with the service and will recomend your company to my friends. Job well done!!

Ron was especially helpful and found a workable solution for a garage door that was anything but standard. The door looks great and Ron had it installed in one day. I was pleasantly surprised at the price as it came to less than I had anticipated even with several "extras".

I was very impressed with Ron's handling of my job. I had an 8:00 estimate scheduled and emphasized that I needed him at my house on time because I had to leave for work. He showed up at 7:50(my kind of guy). On the day the work was scheduled he called me in the morning to let me the time he was coming. I own a small business myself and I appreciate good service. I would recommend Precision to anyone who values their time and wants a good job done. Their price was also very fair, as I obtained many estimates.
