Drew was friendly, yet professional and knowledgeable. He repaired the broken and worn springs and replaced the bearings, explaining what he thought should be done so I could approve the installation before the work was done. I will definitely call this company again if I need anything for my garage door.

Drew/Precision was great. Actually called and arrived early. The garage door spring broke over the weekend and had service on Monday. We had been looking at replacing the garage door opener with WiFi capability and discussed options and costs and in less than 2 hours, both the spring and opener were replaced.

Have had maintenance performed by Precision Door previously so called them when I had a problem. The technician, Drew, quickly diagnosed the problem and proceeded to fix it. Service was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision Door to neighbors and friends in the future.
