My 18yr old son is a Jr. A Hockey player. He plays for WB/Scranton Jr. A Knights. I also really take pride in my job. I look forward to meeting you, and going over your door with you. Every time I have used the services of Precision Door of Rochester, I have been extremely pleased. The communication is excellent - there is no waiting around for a technician as I always get a call to know exactly when they will arrive (and they are always on time). Also, I always know who to expect, and any questions I have are answered thoroughly. I had had my old garage doors that were purchased from another company serviced several times by Precision, and the work was always done quickly and well. When it was time to get new doors, I decided to buy from Precision Door, as their products looked very good, both in style and quality. I found just what I wanted.

Mark and his assistant were totally professional while doing a "complete" garage door installation. We selected Precision due to their previous respond times, and quick repairs over the years, to our old garage door. Can not believe how quiet the new one is !!! Our contractor recommended Precision for our new garage door install. Mark came and set us up with a new door in no time at all. A few days later there was a problem (not Precision related) with the door staying closed. Mary booked us with an appointment for the next day at noon. Mark called me at 10am and said he'd be at my house in half hour! Again, he came in, diagnosed the problem immediately, corrected it and was on his way in no time. Service, quality, knowledge and speedy execution...all a part of this 5 star rating. Thank you to Ron, Mary, Mark and the Precision team...job well done!
