I would recommend Ron and his company to anyone. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He thoroughly inspected my door opener and found it was jammed and proceeded to fix it. He also inspected my garage door and oiled the joints. It's as good as new (even if it is 20 years old.) He also made a point to stress that if your garage door is stuck in the open position to NEVER pull the opener cord. Wait for a professional to safely lower the door. It is very dangerous. A very professional company, from setting up the appointment to coming out and doing the work efficiently and neatly. Like many companies, Precision has the tech call when on the way to your home, but then you also get a text confirming the call, with a photo of the technician who is on the way. I don't think it took him half an hour to replace the rollers on two garage doors, along with replacing the rubber gasket that seals the bottom of the doors.

We've worked with Precision Garage Doors over the years and they've been constantly great. We had a reoccurring "bang!" when the door went up, and were concerned it might be something major. Zeak showed up right on time, and diagnosed and fixed the issue(s) in no time. I would say based on my experiences with them, their team has always been friendly and clear about what they recommended prior to doing the work, and never fail to repair and fix the problem. Nothing is cheap any more, but Precision is fair, and because of the quality of the work, I'd say they're a value. We won't be calling anyone else.
