I would recommend Ron and his company to anyone. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He thoroughly inspected my door opener and found it was jammed and proceeded to fix it. He also inspected my garage door and oiled the joints. It's as good as new (even if it is 20 years old.) He also made a point to stress that if your garage door is stuck in the open position to NEVER pull the opener cord. Wait for a professional to safely lower the door. It is very dangerous. Customer Service like this is rare in this day and age! Out of the blue our spring on garage door broke. We already knew the original installation was not normal and it was going to be a problem. Called to see if someone could come and take a look. 1.5 hrs later Ron was at my house! 2 days later he returned and fixed the spring so we can at least use the door. So happy with him no other quotes are even needed or wanted. We are going to replace the entire door and get a new opener. Thanks a million Ron!
