Hello, my name is David Mackay. When I am not servicing, or installing garage doors, I enjoy spending time at home with my family. I am married, and we have 3 dogs. Ginger, Buddy, and Trixie. In our free time, my wife and I love to ride our motorcycles together. My wife has been riding a motorcycle for many years, and I just began to ride 2 years ago. We enjoy leaving home on a nice morning, take a ride, stop for breakfast, ride some more, stop for lunch, then make our journey back home to feed and take care of the "kids". We have alot of fun traveling all summer long on days off from work. I look forward to meeting you, and educating you on your garage door system, how it works, and what is needed for a safe and effective repair.

My garage door cables broke and I required a service call. The appointment was easy to schedule and Dave arrived on time. After quickly assessing the problem he walked me through several options. We had experienced a couple incidences of our garage door opener not working properly. Called Precision and they got us scheduled the next day on a Sunday at normal rates even though it was during the weekend. David Mackay was our technician and we considered how much longer we should keep investing in repairs to an approximately 20 year old opener. Just so happened that a friend of mine mentioned that he had a belt opener and was happy with it. From speaking with David, we decided to have a whole new belt opener installed. So thankful to God and happy that we did. David did a wonderful job installing it and finished in a surprisingly quick time. He explained the operation and I was very impressed on how quiet it ran. Thank you David. Also wanted to note that the price of the new opener was very reasonable. Thank you again.

Dave was early. He looked over the situation and gave me options and what the cost was. I/he thought it would be a repair, but when he got to the opener he could see it would require replacement. Dave showed me where the issue was. Preformed the new installation and programmed the unit. Tested it before he left. Good Job.

We recently had a problem with our garage door. I called some other garage door people before you, my mistake. They were all to busy to come out and see my problem. After calling you , you sent someone that same day (David MacKay). This individual was very professional. You should be glad that you have someone like him working for you. We still can't get over how quiet the door is. If in the future I have any more problems with my door you will be the first one that I call. Again David was great and answered any questions that we had.
