The Precision mechanic did an outstanding job in repairing my garage door. He described my options for repair and made recommendations. He also gave me valuable tips on maintaining the door system to increase its life span. This is exactly the kind of service all of us want. We chose a company that was local and nearby. We felt that if we had a problem, we wanted to be able to deal with the provider face to face. After we went to the showroom and talked with the salesman, we felt very comfortable dealing with Precision Door. Also, the representative that came to the house to measure the doors was prompt and polite and knowledgeable. Our doors were installed without any problems and we are very pleased with them.

We bought and had installed a new door from Precision. They were very knowledgeable all the way through the process, from picking out a door to the install and even a few adjustments we wanted made afterward. Price was very competitive and always encountered positive attitudes. We are very picky so for them to have earned five stars from us was not easy. We would recommend them to our family and friends and will use them in the future if the need arises.

I was in the market to replace my screw drive garage door opener that was continually failing in the colder weather. Your web site was very informative and helpful in explaining the 3 opener model options and explained why the screw drive was really not the best choice for this climate.
