The service call was a waste of time. My original phone call for service indicated that a new rubber bottom would be installed The clerk on the phone was useless. She should have asked about our dooor so as to not waste time. I kept this morning open to be here for nothing We have chosen a local vendor to repair our door. New doors and opener installed today. The techs were quick and efficient and clean up was excellent. Sinad and Spencer did a great job. Love the new doors, makes a great improvement on the outside look of the house and they are so quiet. Had a 2 Amarr Lincoln 2000 doors with Arch Thames windows and PDS Linear opener installed, very happy with both choices. Ron, the owner, came out the give the estimate and gave me very clear and precise information, would definitely recommend and use this company again. Very customer oriented!

Senaid Kapic was my repair technician. I had a snapped cable, broken bracket, and bent door. I called for a garage door repair at 2pm, he was here by 4:15, and gone by 4:45 (and I live out in the 315 boonies). He was courteous and efficient. I will definitely recommend to my friends and will be calling again anytime I need help with my two garage doors and three barn doors.

Your Tech arrived well before expected. He looked at the problem (broken spring) assessed the repairs needed and gave me an estimate right away. I approved the cost and he had my door fixed and operating better than ever in no time. The price was very reasonable and the entire process was completed within about an hour from when I called. My garage door was not opening and closing properly, and it had been installed by Precision several years ago. My first thought was to call them because the motor on the door opener was working just fine. I figured maybe the door had shifted on the tracks. Turns out, it was a very simple fix which involved resetting the limits on the garage door opener which may have possibly been reset by a power surge. The technician was very professional, quickly assessed and fixed the problem, and made sure that it was fixed before calling the job done. He was great about maintaining no contact for social distancing, and explained everything that he was doing on the tablet as he was preparing for my payment. It was truly no touch, which I appreciated.
