We had experienced a couple incidences of our garage door opener not working properly. Called Precision and they got us scheduled the next day on a Sunday at normal rates even though it was during the weekend. David Mackay was our technician and we considered how much longer we should keep investing in repairs to an approximately 20 year old opener. Just so happened that a friend of mine mentioned that he had a belt opener and was happy with it. From speaking with David, we decided to have a whole new belt opener installed. So thankful to God and happy that we did. David did a wonderful job installing it and finished in a surprisingly quick time. He explained the operation and I was very impressed on how quiet it ran. Thank you David. Also wanted to note that the price of the new opener was very reasonable. Thank you again.

I was very satisfied with precision. I found them the first time about a year ago on angle's list. They fixed my garage door opener. The technicians was very knowledgeable. This last time I had a spring break called precision to have it repaired. They responded quickly to my call, the owner showed up to take a look at everything for me. I ended up getting a new door with that is amazing. Mark our technician was amazing. I would recommend precision for any garage door needs.

5 stars Two new single-car garage doors and belt-drive openers were installed by two technicians working side-by-side. Removed and took away 37 year old wooden doors and openers. Completed on a Saturday morning in about 3 hours. Impressive to watch! Very satisfied with the quality of the products and installation.

Ron called and ask if he could come earlier the 10-12 appointment as he finished he's earlier job and got here at 9:30. He gave a good price and went to work and was done in 45 Minutes. Great job and works great.

I had a new door installed in my barn to replace a 22 year old door. The work was done professionally and in a timely fashion. A few months later, my house garage door was malfunctioning on the automatic opener which was 12 years old. I contacted Precision because I was so satisfied with the new door installation in my barn. The same technician (Mark) performed both services. I happened to be home the day of the replacement of my house door opener replacement. Not only was Mark totally professional, but we had a great conversation while he was doing his job. If I was bothering him while he worked,he never once expressed a displeasure. I truly believe that the two hours we spent together was a mutual respect between us. Mark came across as a real people person and commentated more than once how much he enjoys what he does and that's what makes a huge difference to me(the customer)and the difference between collecting a paycheck and practicing your profession. Outstanding service! The spring on my garage door broke. Mark came to the house on time, and explained to me the type of door I had, in addition to the spring, Mark did a thorough evaluation check of the doors other components (cables, bearings, rollers, etc.). Mark explained to me the various options I had in repairing the door and the associated cost and specific warranties without any "sales pressure". I chose to have a complete "overhaul of the door (replace bearings, springs, and rollers). The door is much quieter now, and run very smooth. I recommend Precision door service- I am very pleased the job Mark performed.
