I contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door Service because one of the two springs broke on the garage door, trapping my car inside! I desperately needed my car because of numerous doctor appointments that I did not want to cancel and reschedule. Your repair person came promptly the same day, replaced the springs, made some minor adjustments, and released my car from its dungeon! Thankfully I was able to keep my doctor appointments as originally scheduled. A big THANK YOU to Precision Overhead Garage Door Service for coming to my rescue so quickly. My experience with Ron today was excellent. Ron was very knowledgeable, professional & efficient in his work. He, rectified a problem, that was overseen a couple of months ago, when Precision did work for me. I appreciated his honesty. There is nothing better than a company who stands behind their work.
