We just had a new garage door installed. Excellent experience from start to finish! Oustanding communication and customer service. Ron, the owner, even came over himself to install mounting brackets on our garage door opener at no extra cost. Their garage door prices are the best in town. Highly recommend!

My garage door opener would not work. Found the spring had broken. Since this is something that does not happen very often, once in a lifetime, we had no idea who to contact. We of course did an online search and discovered your website. I was sold just by reading the reviews and the "Calls answered by live operator 24 hours" Made an appt for the very next day. I appreciated the txt and the photo of the technician. And the call from the technician with an arrival time. Technician inspected and determined the cost/time. He replaced broken spring and lube'd the rails etc. and completed the job quickly. I highly recommend the Precision Garage Door Service. I was able to get an appointment for our garage door repair for the next day. The technician, Felix was right on time, very professional, and immediately identified the problem. He was able to get the new rollers and installed them very quickly and securely. He then inspected the entire track, making sure it was clean and lubricated properly and told me everything was now Safe and Repaired. The work was completed quickly, safely, and accurately. These guys are fantastic... from the time they pick up the phone to the time they pull out of your driveway. Felix was the tech assigned to my house. He explained everything thoroughly and gave me a couple of cost options. Springs, cables and pulleys all replaced at a price I thought was very fair. Thanks guys!

As always Precision was amazing. I called on Monday they were here on Tuesday just as they promised. Felix was our technician. We were glad it was Felix as his work in the past has been stellar. 100% satisfied! Had to replace the springs and he made it look easy. EXCELLENT WORK! BTW…loved the text messages and background info, nice touch. The only downside is Felix is a Giants fan ????. Thanks Felix & Precision!!! Well done.

Today I had my garage door repaired. It’s one of the old heavy ones. In fact it’s the original one from when the garage was built very heavy. I love it but I’ve had it repaired more than once. And it’s time to replace it. I give the work 4 stars and the door is working great. I will check around on door pricing before and different styles before I am ready to do anything. I believe this company has been fair with its pricing and they do quality work.

The best. I will use Precision again and recommend them without hesitation. Felix Coriano was skilled, professional, friendly, patient. He did an excellent job of removing two old doors that had not functioned for many years. He installed new doors, new hardware and removed all the old remnants from the old and packaging from the new. I used Precision because the other two overhead door companies I contacted were incredibly expensive or the people I spoke with were abrasive and rude. It was a pleasure to speak with Felix before the job and I couldn't be more pleased with the finished work.

Precision was very helpful in getting my garage door fixed. Felix showed up when he said he would, and had both springs replaced within 45 minutes. He even took the time to lubricate all the hinges as well as the new springs. Great service!
