Just had a service call for a humming motor in the motor unit. Felix, the service technician, diagnosed problem as stripped gears and very old and needs replacing. Good diagnosis, bought new Lift Master. Install was very professional, fast and courteous. Love all the new features on the new unit. Highly recommend this company.

Hi, Felix came by the house to help with my garage door, he needed to reprogram opener to the door would stay down when I would close. I had some work done the day before the problem where I had to flip the breaker. Felix was very courteous and professional.

I contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door Service because one of the two springs broke on the garage door, trapping my car inside! I desperately needed my car because of numerous doctor appointments that I did not want to cancel and reschedule. Your repair person came promptly the same day, replaced the springs, made some minor adjustments, and released my car from its dungeon! Thankfully I was able to keep my doctor appointments as originally scheduled. A big THANK YOU to Precision Overhead Garage Door Service for coming to my rescue so quickly.
