Became aware at 8 AM the coil spring broke on my garage door. Used the chat feature in the web site and a tech was assigned for a 5 - 7 arrival. Tech arrived 3:50, had parts, and was done 4:30. Tech was knowledgeable and pleasant.

Tech "Z" was very informative and efficient. Chain broke on 22 year old Chamberlain opener. I knew I was going to replace the opener. Z offered options and recommendations after inspecting entire door, roller and spring system. Z went right to work with my choices. He completed work in a timely manner and explained total operation of keypad, wall switch and remotes. Very satisfied with the new, quiet operation of the opener. Z is a fine rep for Precision. I am totally satisfied with this company's service of my garage door. It would not open at all and I had no idea why. They had a repairman over within a few hours of my call and he was very thorough, nice and knowledgeable. He gave me multiple options for repairs and levels of refurb with different prices and honest advice. Now my doors will be good for years to come. Highly recommended!

I found your company in the Yellow Pages, and, after 2 companies who serve only Monroe County, I chose Precision as you were close to Victor and I had remembered seeing your truck in the area. I was pleased with the technician who came and serviced both of my doors, knew what was happening and went right to work to fix the one door and did a general service job on both doors. Both doors worked better than they have in ages. The technician, Sean, was very informative on what needed to be serviced and why. Kudos to Sean for working in the cold.

Broken torsion spring. I first contacted Precision via the website and received an automated email response stating someone would be contacting me soon. After not hearing from anyone after 10 days I decided to call Precision. They were apologetic and sent out a technician the next morning. Sadmir arrived and was polite, professional & knowledgeable. In addition to replacing the torsion spring he also recommended new wheels and new cables, which were clearly old and worn out. The total was $540 which was a little bit more than expected but saved me a day of aggravation and restored my door to excellent working condition. Sadmir is an excellent employee and great representative of Precision. I will use Precision again in the future and specifically request Sadmir. I would suggest that anybody needing their garage door repaired call Precision directly and do not rely on the online contact.
