Customer Service like this is rare in this day and age! Out of the blue our spring on garage door broke. We already knew the original installation was not normal and it was going to be a problem. Called to see if someone could come and take a look. 1.5 hrs later Ron was at my house! 2 days later he returned and fixed the spring so we can at least use the door. So happy with him no other quotes are even needed or wanted. We are going to replace the entire door and get a new opener. Thanks a million Ron! If you need a garage door repair or a new door...look no further just call Precision!! Honest, upfront, positive, and old school work ethic at it's finest.

Ron did a great job and was very professional and personable. He was able to replace a drive part in my opener rather than selling me a new opener, which was a pleasant surprise for me. He also adjusted my springs, lubed the rollers and adjusted my photo sensor. All this and at a very reasonable price. I would call Precision again if I ever needed any additional service. The trolley that runs along the rail part of my system broke after 25+ years. I was given a same-day appointment and Sean arrived even earlier, with advance notice. The age of my system meant replacing the whole opener, which Sean was able to handle on the spot in about an hour and a half. He offered two options, explained their features, got the one I picked up and running smoothly, and explained the new system and what he had replaced - all at a reasonable price. Highly recommended; I was very happy with my experience, and will use Precision for any future garage door needs.

On Sunday right after Christmas a cable snapped on our garage door. I did an internet search to see if I could find a service provider on a Sunday and Precision was the ticket. Their website had everything I needed to make an appointment. The person who called me (within minutes of my online request) was very thorough and helpful. Chose them because the did a repair for me in 2019 on the door spring. The came right out did a great job and did not charge an inflated price. I contacted them to replace my garage and shed doors due to damage from a hail storm in 2024. I was pleased with their cost for work and had them order the material.
