On Sunday right after Christmas a cable snapped on our garage door. I did an internet search to see if I could find a service provider on a Sunday and Precision was the ticket. Their website had everything I needed to make an appointment. The person who called me (within minutes of my online request) was very thorough and helpful. My only concern is the online scheduling. When I called to verify the rep said there is nothing showing that I scheduled an appointment. I told her I have the confirmation showing my schedule date and time. Then she was going to schedule me out a week because my Tim was gone. So I was forced to do an emergency call which would have cost me additional $125. I was able to get the call earlier since there was a cancellation. Ron was great and quick. Job well done. Next time I will call for appointment and stay away with the online.

The owner himself answered my call. He's a "No B.S" person who -- obviously -- knows Garage Doors and their associated equipment. He suggested I call the original installer for a return visit, and educated me as to the nature of their mistakes. During our conversation he made a few adjustment himself, lubricated the "moving parts", and raised the door opener so it no longer dragged across the body of the door as it went up and down. All this at no charge! If you're looking for competent and honest assessment Precision Garage Door Service is, in my opinion, your best bet.

Our door opener was purchased from Precision. 2 weeks ago our door would start to close, then quickly reopened. I lubricated the wheel and rails then it worked. Last week after several attempts it again would not close and could not adjust it, so we called for service. Ron arrived and in several attempts the door closed every time with no problem.
