Customer Service like this is rare in this day and age! Out of the blue our spring on garage door broke. We already knew the original installation was not normal and it was going to be a problem. Called to see if someone could come and take a look. 1.5 hrs later Ron was at my house! 2 days later he returned and fixed the spring so we can at least use the door. So happy with him no other quotes are even needed or wanted. We are going to replace the entire door and get a new opener. Thanks a million Ron! Broken garage door spring Saturday morning on a 70-year-old garage door. Happened upon Precision by chance on the internet. Read their reviews and reached out to them.
