Ron from Precision came early for appointment on Sat morning to repair a broken Torsion Spring, (which by the way was made late Friday afternoon). He explained everything needed for the repair and gave me the cost before starting. He is very experienced and knowledgeable about everything involved in garage doors and openers. Repairs took less than an hour to make. They are very professional in what they do. I highly recommend them.

Broken garage door spring Saturday morning on a 70-year-old garage door. Happened upon Precision by chance on the internet. Read their reviews and reached out to them. They returned my call within the hour. Service was set up for Sunday morning (the next day) without additional cost being on the weekend. On Sunday right after Christmas a cable snapped on our garage door. I did an internet search to see if I could find a service provider on a Sunday and Precision was the ticket. My only concern is the online scheduling. When I called to verify the rep said there is nothing showing that I scheduled an appointment. I told her I have the confirmation showing my schedule date and time. Then she was going to schedule me out a week because my Tim was gone. So I was forced to do an emergency call which would have cost me additional $125. I was able to get the call earlier since there was a cancellation. Ron was great and quick. Job well done. Next time I will call for appointment and stay away with the online.
