I ordered the service on our 2 garage opening remotes 2 days ago, and wasn’t quite sure if they will show up on Sunday.. However, they not only came exactly on time, but fixed the problem and explained how to prevent it in future. Ron was easy to deal with. I would highly recommend the company to order the service.

The owner himself answered my call. He's a "No B.S" person who -- obviously -- knows Garage Doors and their associated equipment. He suggested I call the original installer for a return visit, and educated me as to the nature of their mistakes. During our conversation he made a few adjustment himself, lubricated the "moving parts", and raised the door opener so it no longer dragged across the body of the door as it went up and down. All this at no charge! If you're looking for competent and honest assessment Precision Garage Door Service is, in my opinion, your best bet.

Our door opener was purchased from Precision. 2 weeks ago our door would start to close, then quickly reopened. I lubricated the wheel and rails then it worked. Last week after several attempts it again would not close and could not adjust it, so we called for service. Ron arrived and in several attempts the door closed every time with no problem.
