Called and requested new seal on bottom of 16ft wide Wayne-Dalton garage door. Service call was made, knowing you didn’t carry Wayne-Dalton parts. I paid for the call but feel I was a victim of bait and switch! I will pass on my experience. On the plus side, the technician was polite, professional and probably just doing the job he was trained to do.

I'm sorry I forgot the name of the person who did the work on our garage door, but he was great. He kept me informed as he was doing the work; made worthwhile suggestions of some things I would never have thought about; and was very thorough and quick with the work he did. He left information about some possible new garage doors if that becomes a future issue, pointing out that the money to keep repairing this nearly 40 year old door might be better spent on a new one.

Precision Door installed our openers ten years ago and they have worked well ever since. Recently, one of the springs and cables on our door (different issue) broke, so we called Precision again. Tech "Z" was very informative and efficient. Chain broke on 22 year old Chamberlain opener. I knew I was going to replace the opener. Z offered options and recommendations after inspecting entire door, roller and spring system. Z went right to work with my choices. I am totally satisfied with this company's service of my garage door. It would not open at all and I had no idea why.
