I chose Precision Door Service due to past experiences. In fact I just recommended them to my son who needed a new garage door (installed on 9/23/24). Their service is outstanding and their pricing fair. My technician Z was superior. I have been recommending them for over 12 years when I had my garage door replaced. I'm sorry I forgot the name of the person who did the work on our garage door, but he was great. He kept me informed as he was doing the work; made worthwhile suggestions of some things I would never have thought about; and was very thorough and quick with the work he did. He left information about some possible new garage doors if that becomes a future issue, pointing out that the money to keep repairing this nearly 40 year old door might be better spent on a new one.

Precision Door installed our openers ten years ago and they have worked well ever since. Recently, one of the springs and cables on our door (different issue) broke, so we called Precision again. They explained the problem and presented us up front with different options for service. The work was performed professionally and efficiently. I would recommend Precision Door to others.

Tech "Z" was very informative and efficient. Chain broke on 22 year old Chamberlain opener. I knew I was going to replace the opener. Z offered options and recommendations after inspecting entire door, roller and spring system. Z went right to work with my choices. He completed work in a timely manner and explained total operation of keypad, wall switch and remotes. Very satisfied with the new, quiet operation of the opener. Z is a fine rep for Precision. Excellent service and installation by Zikret! He was personable and extremely knowledgeable to hang the door with quality precision! Guess that’s how you got your name!!!
