Phil Mormon came and fixed our broken cable problem on our garage door. He was very professional, very cleanly, and very knowledgeable. He took less than 45 minutes to correct the problem. He even adjusted our automated garage door opener to more reliably close each time. He also made recommendations for future improvements that we may need to consider in the future. On 8Aug I had your company come to my home for a malfunctioning garage door opener. Phil Mormon, the tech, called to let me know approx. arrival time. He was prompt and very friendly. I have to admit he did seem perplexed at first, but he was very persistent and narrowed down the problem( at times it was kind of funny) . He was very business like however. He explained a few options to correct the problem and then corrected said problem. If this is an example of your work force, I would have no qualms of dealing with Precision Garage Doors in the future.
