Had Precision install openers and new doors in 2012, the Technician was very helpful providing education in the care and maintenance of the equipment. Fast forward to 2026, 13 years! and began experiencing intermittent closing problems on one of the doors. Called for a service appointment which was promptly scheduled as this was not an emergency, the Technician called ahead on the day of the appointment and asked if it was okay to come earlier than scheduled, when does that ever happen!, Turns out the technician was the Owner of the Company, Ron, he promptly diagnosed the problem, a bad board, which was corrected with the installation of a new opener vs trying to find replacement parts for an opener no longer in production. Ron also went above and beyond by lubricating both doors and replacing the bottom rubber seals. I can't say enough about the professionalism of this company, the quality of the work and cleanliness after the job is done.

My appreciation began the minute someone from Precision answered my phone call. We discussed the specifics of my needs, the process of repair/replacement that could occur with the repairman and scheduled a visit. Drew called ahead and arrived as scheduled. We looked at the situation and agreed that the existing door was OK. He outlined the items he would need to replace and we agreed to the price for the job. Without looking at his bio, I can say if Drew is a typical employee, he like the others is the reason for the 97% five star rating. I am a retired carpenter. I have installed many garage doors in my day. Drew did an outstanding job. I did not stand around and bother him as he did his work but as I watched from time to time I knew I was watching a young man with the very highest level of skill and positive attitude about the work he was performing. I give this company my highest recommendation to anyone who needs a repair or replacement.

Felix was the first Tech that came out for the estimate. he was very helpful and gave me all the information that I needed to make an informed decision. no hassle, no pressure. Gave me the literature and let me decide. Mark came out to do the work a couple weeks later. excellent work. cleaned up after themselves. did not try to sell me an opener I didn't need, very courteous . definitely recommend. very reasonable. way better than the big box store.

your technician discovered no electrical power was functioning in the garage even though all fuses were in order. He suggested I call an electrician & did not charge for the service call.
