I found your company in the phone book and called to have repairs done to my garage door. Mark called and arrived right on the schedule given to me over the phone. He was quite patient in explaining the problems and solutions as well as the cost. As I plan on purchasing a new door in the spring (hopefully from your company) Mark helped me to decide the best plan of action to get through the winter. We were very happy with the service performed by your technician, Mark Sherman. He was courteous and explained everything in a straight forward manor. He showed us what the problem was and that besides the cable we knew was broken, both of the brackets that hold the cable's were clearly on the verge of failure. We had no suspicion that he was trying to sell us parts we didn't need. He also informed us of the age of the door and opener and told us when they might expect to need replacing. We were very satisfied with the service and would not hesitate to call Precision for any future garage door repairs.

Ron came out a very short time after I called. He was extremely cordial and knowledgeable. It was clear that he was very interested in doing a great job and making sure I was a satisfied customer. He provided repair options and clearly outlined the cost of each. He had all of the parts necessary to do the job on the spot. He even reprogrammed the system in our 2 vehicles so that they could open the door. I would recommend him to anyone and have! A true professional!

Garage door opener had partially fallen from the ceiling, leaving it hanging and all wiring pulled out. The house is for sale and a showing was scheduled. I called and they fit in a repair in a hurry. Mark was friendly, but got down to business quickly and had the job done in about 1 hour. The office personnel were friendly and I am thankful to them as well for being able to make this happen. They arranged for Mark to call in advance so I knew when he was on his way.

We were happy about the honest assessment of our needs. Ron's truthful assessment was only a repair was needed, not a replacement. We had the door repaired and a new Liftmaster installed. It was exactly as promoted. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs something done to their garage door. I give them 5 stars

Precision did a great job, they were there at the time they stated and explained everything in full detail. They helped us to understand the pros and cons with the repair jobs and gave me different options for repairing it. It was done quickly and efficiently. Ron was very courteous and professional.

Having discovered a broken spring on my garage door early on a Sunday morning I checked the Yellow pages for a 24 hour service repair company. I called Precision and was told that a technician would arrive between 12 and two. Jason Wagar arrived at 11:45. He immediately began recommending the repairs and pointed out problems with my current set up. I gave my OK for his suggestions, and he went about his work. Upon completion he showed me how to test the door for balance and gave me maintenance tips. I am very happy with the service and will recomend your company to my friends. Job well done!!

We're so happy with our new door. It's adds so much curb appeal to our house. The quality surpasses what I thought a garage door was. It's so solid and well built. I didn't think I would be so thrilled about a new garage door, but we both are. Mark and Dave were great..so easy to work with and both provided quality work.
