Sean replaced the cables on my garage door today and did an excellent job. He was quick, thorough, friendly, and completed the job for the price he quoted. He also lubricated the pulleys, rollers, and hinges for no additional charge. My brother recommended Precision Garage Door to me because of work they did for him previously that he was pleased with.

Excellent service and installation by Zikret! He was personable and extremely knowledgeable to hang the door with quality precision! Guess that’s how you got your name!!! The new door is excellent quality. I’m very pleased with all aspects of this from Ron’s first visit, to talking with Mary on the phone and especially with Z! Absolutely 5 stars. From beginning to end, the team was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We even had a structural issue at our end, that could have caused some large issues, The Precision team (owner: Ron Hull in particular) handled the dilemma so well. We were very impressed and grateful for his willingness to help make things right with ease and efficiency. Our end product is Great. We highly recommend Precision Door as an excellent company to work with. We would hire them again in a heart beat !

Quick response to my call for help. Tech arrived on time, was friendly and polite. He explained everything well so I understood the problem and the corrections needed. Work was done efficiently and the door works perfectly. It is even operating more smoothly and quietly than before. With the replaced parts and reinforcement of the door, I feel confident the door and opener will last several years more. I chose Precision on my search because it's locally owned. I'll be happy to recommend to anyone who asks.

I had a problem with my garage door automatically retracting and not closing properly. I suspected the sensors were bad. I was wrong. Ron came out early on a Sunday and quickly accessed my real problem, a broken sprocket assembly on the motor of my opener. He gave me a choice or either a repair or new opener and the prices of each. I chose the repair and so far, it works like a charm! Prompt, courteous, professional service-----who could ask for more? John

Service is always very prompt. The staff is courteous. The work is extremely well done and the service staff let's you know what has to be done to the equipment and the cost before starting the work. The garage area where the work is done has always been cleaned after the service has been completed.

We were extremely pleased with the expertise and service provided by Precision Door Service. Ron Kull did an outstanding job in a timely manner! He ways very informative and friendly. The company keeps you informed about when your technician will arrive and even tries to be there sooner. They answer your questions thoroughly and don’t try to sell you parts and services you don’t need. Wonderful company! They are available 7 days a week. We’ll be recommending them to our friends.

Senaid Kapic was my repair technician. I had a snapped cable, broken bracket, and bent door. I called for a garage door repair at 2pm, he was here by 4:15, and gone by 4:45 (and I live out in the 315 boonies). He was courteous and efficient. I will definitely recommend to my friends and will be calling again anytime I need help with my two garage doors and three barn doors.
