I had a problem with my garage door automatically retracting and not closing properly. I suspected the sensors were bad. I was wrong. Ron came out early on a Sunday and quickly accessed my real problem, a broken sprocket assembly on the motor of my opener. He gave me a choice or either a repair or new opener and the prices of each. I chose the repair and so far, it works like a charm! Prompt, courteous, professional service-----who could ask for more? John

Service is always very prompt. The staff is courteous. The work is extremely well done and the service staff let's you know what has to be done to the equipment and the cost before starting the work. The garage area where the work is done has always been cleaned after the service has been completed.

Senaid Kapic was my repair technician. I had a snapped cable, broken bracket, and bent door. I called for a garage door repair at 2pm, he was here by 4:15, and gone by 4:45 (and I live out in the 315 boonies). He was courteous and efficient.
