Not sure what was wrong with my door, started down and then back up. Eric came out on a Sunday morning. On time, called ahead, that is so professional! After some investigating and testing, Eric thinks my sensors were a little out of alignment. Asssured me he would be back if any further difficulty.

My daughter and son-in-law purchased a garage door and opener from Precision and were very pleased. They recommended Precision to me. Ron was prompt for the appointments for both our estimate and the installation. He has an excellent knowledge of his products. I was impressed by his professionalism as well as the fact that there was absolutely no pressure to push us towards particular products or to try to close the sale quickly. The installation of the garage door and opener were done on the date and time promised. The work was done very well and the door and opener work very well. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs either new products or repairs.

Mark was great! I commend him on a job well done. He was very informative and patient. It wasn't an easy job. Our old door opener was ancient and parts were so worn out. very pleased with his work and knowledge.

Mark was great! Not an easy install because it is a barn that was built in the 1800s, so not quite square any longer. The doorway is square now!
