Ron was excellent. Received a quote within 10 minutes. Price looked good just waiting on another quote before I make my decision. If price is around same will choose Precision since they have always acted quickly with problems on our doors in the past and owner and workers always very personal.

In sub-zero wind chill weather on a holiday week-end, Jennifer (who answered the phone) assured us Precision could fix the broken chain on our "primary" garage door today. Ron was here in about 2 hours, explained what needed to be done, told us up front what it would cost (honoring the coupon from the website), and was done in about 45 minutes. From start to finish, these folks were professional and just great people! THANK YOU!
