On Tuesday, April 3, Dave from Precision, made a service call to repair a troublesome door opener. He arrived on time, made the repair and even lubed our door. Perfect!!! Couldn't ask for better service!!!!

They were great! I thought I needed a whole new door in my 1930 carriage house garage but instead they came up with a solution to work around the beam that was in the path of the opener and saved me well over $1000!

I am very satisfied with the service provided by Felix. He was thorough in explaining the condition of our doors and what we could do to improve their performance. He did not pressure us to do anything beyond the basic door tune up. We did decide to install new rollers to quiet the door's operation. His attention was very professional and we would certainly utilize Precision's services again.

Broken torsion spring. I first contacted Precision via the website and received an automated email response stating someone would be contacting me soon. After not hearing from anyone after 10 days I decided to call Precision. They were apologetic and sent out a technician the next morning. Sadmir arrived and was polite, professional & knowledgeable. In addition to replacing the torsion spring he also recommended new wheels and new cables, which were clearly old and worn out. The total was $540 which was a little bit more than expected but saved me a day of aggravation and restored my door to excellent working condition. Sadmir is an excellent employee and great representative of Precision. I will use Precision again in the future and specifically request Sadmir. I would suggest that anybody needing their garage door repaired call Precision directly and do not rely on the online contact.
