My garage door stopped working today. What a day for it to conk out. Christmas Eve day. I called several Garage Door companies and all were closed because of the coming Christmas holiday. Fortunately I had a positive response from â??Precision Door Serviceâ?? and Ron showed up earlier that he was scheduled for. He pinpointed my problem, repaired it quickly, and even did a few extra things the garage door needed. The price was more than fair. There will be no other garage door service for me. Thank you Ron for everything. You were a pleasure, especially since you went the extra mile on Christmas eve.

Your technician (I believe my receipt says "Fred") was one of the most professional technicians I have ever had at my home. I had an excellent experience with Ron. What I thought was a problem was not a problem at all! I did not need a new door or a new door opener. I appreciated his honesty, simple solution and generocity (he did not charge me for the visit.) It was a blessing. I have done buisness with Precision Garage Door in the past, and look forward to doing business with them again.
