I greatly appreciated the professional, respectful, and friendly service I received today from Sean. He worked hard to find the source of the problem with my aging garage door opener and explained in clear language what he was trying to do. Since the problem is intermittent I'm not yet sure if it was resolved. If I ultimately need to replace the opener I will definitely give my business to this company. I had a similar positive experience with a different technician last year when my garage door needed replacement.

Great communication from Precision as to who was coming and basically exactly what time they would be there. We upgraded to a new Wifi garage door opener with a camera as well. We easily purchased a third remote from the tech when he was there. Tech communicated well during the entire install. Very pleased with the level of service and communication from Precision.
