Zikret, Precision's technician was great. He was very knowlegdeable and professional. After assessing my garage door, he showed me what was wrong. He ended up having to replace the springs, bearings, rollers, and a few other things. Scheduled to have the service from online on Sunday and they came out two days later which I was very pleased about. Highly recommend them.

Needed a repair on a side cable. I didn't catch that one of the lift springs snapped as well. Felix pointed it out and it was a no brainer to fix both springs, cables and center bearing. He also pointed out the wear on the track wheels. All said and done, Felix was very efficient and quick. He explained everything I asked, and he had time to look and change the wheels on the second door. Highly recommend, and it saved me a lot of headaches! He even had time to talk football!
