Called them after my dad recommended them to me and they came the day. Ron was very helpful and fixed my door (which ended up just being stuck and not broken) and serviced it while he was here. My door cable broke on Sunday, I called Precision Door Service and reached a nice woman who scheduled my service for a 7:00pm to 9:00pm slot. Ron called me and said he could get to me sooner at 3:30pm if I was available. I said of course. Ron repaired my door quickly and I'm thankful for the service.

Called precision because my torsion spring had broken. Since its a $60 fee just to come to the house, I let them know exactly what needed to be replaced and the size spring it needed to make the trip worth the fee. The technician told my wife that putting in a new spring was a “bandaid fix” and tried to sell us a new garage door for $3000. Door is old. Doesn’t need to be replaced though. I gave specific instructions on what I wanted and they still tried to upsell my wife. Terrible. Will never do business with them.

My garage door wasn’t working so I booked online at 12pm on a Sunday and Ron showed up at 1pm! He was friendly and explained what was going on with the door opener, and gave us options about what we could do to repair or purchase a new one. Needed a repair on a side cable. I didn't catch that one of the lift springs snapped as well. Felix pointed it out and it was a no brainer to fix both springs, cables and center bearing. He also pointed out the wear on the track wheels. All said and done, Felix was very efficient and quick. He explained everything I asked, and he had time to look and change the wheels on the second door. Highly recommend, and it saved me a lot of headaches! He even had time to talk football!
