Ron, I was impressed from the start. You personally came out to give me an estimate and took the time to get to know me a little bit. When the first tech came out to replace the barn door, he called ahead of time and arrive to the minute of the appointment. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job! Then a month later we had our house garage doors replaced and this tech also called ahead of time to say he was on his way and arrived exactly at the scheduled time. He also was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job, cleaned up and left within 3 hours start to finish on two garage doors. I am VERY impressed and would recommend your business to anyone. Excellent Service from start to finish!!! p.s. your assistants who take phone calls were all very nice!

I have 2 garage doors that I wanted serviced and purchased a service deal on Angie's list for one of them. When setting up the appointment, I informed the company I would like to have my 2nd door serviced as well but was only able to purchase one deal on Angie's List at the time of checkout. When Mark showed up I explained the situation and he called his boss to see what he could do on price for the second door. To my amazement Precision honored the Angie's list price for the second door. Mark was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job explaining everything and did top notch work. I would highly recommend Mark & Precision to anyone having issues with their garage door. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

Technician very quickly diagnosed all of the problems with my garage door and completed all repairs on the spot (spring, cables, rollers) plus lubricated other moving parts. All this on a Sunday!

The door was installed within a week. The technician was knowledgeable, conscientious, and courteous. The quality of his workmanship was excellent. My experience from beginning to end was first-rate.
