Excellent service at a reasonable price! We had a garage door installed several years ago by a builder, who was not a garage door expert. It squealed like a banshee and sometimes got stuck ... it was never right. Ron replaced the rollers with better quality ones, and adjusted the whole system to work MUCH better. And he didn't try to push anything on me that I didn't need, like a new set of springs. He said he could do a better job with a different spring setup, but since the door was not very old it didn't make sense. He also installed a 2nd opener button next to the service door, and adjusted a 20-year old door in my barn. Overall, I'm really happy with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone!

My garage door opener would not work. Found the spring had broken. Since this is something that does not happen very often, once in a lifetime, we had no idea who to contact. We of course did an online search and discovered your website. I was sold just by reading the reviews and the "Calls answered by live operator 24 hours" Made an appt for the very next day. I appreciated the txt and the photo of the technician. And the call from the technician with an arrival time. Technician inspected and determined the cost/time. He replaced broken spring and lube'd the rails etc. and completed the job quickly. I highly recommend the Precision Garage Door Service. Ron was the man!!!! I was blown away with his level of expertise. My garage door spring busted and I was contemplating on Making it a DIY project.....I am glad I didn’t!!! He not only replaced the broken spring, but also tweaked my garage door to open and shut more smooth then before the door broke. I was impressed with his skills. He even nailed down how old my garage door was to the year just by looking at it from a distance!!!! That’s experience you could depend on. He did not mess around. We had a great experience with Precision Garage Door. We filled out the online quote request on a Sunday morning. With-in 10 minutes, we received a call booking an in person quote. The quote was less than I anticipated. We ordered our door, in 2 weeks it came in. The installation was set for the day after and the service technician was great. Ron, I was impressed from the start. You personally came out to give me an estimate and took the time to get to know me a little bit. When the first tech came out to replace the barn door, he called ahead of time and arrive to the minute of the appointment. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job! Then a month later we had our house garage doors replaced and this tech also called ahead of time to say he was on his way and arrived exactly at the scheduled time. He also was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job, cleaned up and left within 3 hours start to finish on two garage doors. I am VERY impressed and would recommend your business to anyone. Excellent Service from start to finish!!! p.s. your assistants who take phone calls were all very nice!

Called them after my dad recommended them to me and they came the day. Ron was very helpful and fixed my door (which ended up just being stuck and not broken) and serviced it while he was here. Provided great info on age and condition of door and motor. Highly recommend Precision! Will definitely use them again!
