Ron was the man!!!! I was blown away with his level of expertise. My garage door spring busted and I was contemplating on Making it a DIY project.....I am glad I didn’t!!! He not only replaced the broken spring, but also tweaked my garage door to open and shut more smooth then before the door broke. I was impressed with his skills. He even nailed down how old my garage door was to the year just by looking at it from a distance!!!! That’s experience you could depend on. He did not mess around. I’m telling you.... he fixed my door in record time. I will be calling again. They are reliable, dependable and friendly! Thank you Precision!!!!!

Mark did a quick and professional job under very hot and humid conditions. I couldn't be happier with the work. The price was much higher than expected and I will definitely recommend my Union members, family and friends go elsewhere for garage door service. We had a great experience with Precision Garage Door. We filled out the online quote request on a Sunday morning. With-in 10 minutes, we received a call booking an in person quote. The quote was less than I anticipated. We ordered our door, in 2 weeks it came in. The installation was set for the day after and the service technician was great. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone looking for price, delivery and quality.

Ron, I was impressed from the start. You personally came out to give me an estimate and took the time to get to know me a little bit. When the first tech came out to replace the barn door, he called ahead of time and arrive to the minute of the appointment. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job! Then a month later we had our house garage doors replaced and this tech also called ahead of time to say he was on his way and arrived exactly at the scheduled time. He also was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job, cleaned up and left within 3 hours start to finish on two garage doors. I am VERY impressed and would recommend your business to anyone. Excellent Service from start to finish!!! p.s. your assistants who take phone calls were all very nice!

I have 2 garage doors that I wanted serviced and purchased a service deal on Angie's list for one of them. When setting up the appointment, I informed the company I would like to have my 2nd door serviced as well but was only able to purchase one deal on Angie's List at the time of checkout. When Mark showed up I explained the situation and he called his boss to see what he could do on price for the second door. To my amazement Precision honored the Angie's list price for the second door. Mark was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job explaining everything and did top notch work. I would highly recommend Mark & Precision to anyone having issues with their garage door. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

Mark did a awesome job on our garage doors, the day he did the install was less than perfect to say the least, probably the hottest most humid day of the summer. I've recommended Precision to several friends based solely on how hard Mark worked, explained everything he was doing and just generally a nice guy, any company would be lucky to have him as an employee. 5 stars. I had a single garage door with opener installed. I initially talked with the owner who examined our garage, explained the various options, and provided a quote. The door was installed within a week. The technician was knowledgeable, conscientious, and courteous. The quality of his workmanship was excellent. My experience from beginning to end was first-rate. My experience with your company was excellent. I found you on-line and was impressd with the bios of your technicians (and impressed that you drug test). I was able to get an appointment at a time convenient for me. Mark was the technician who came to the appointment. I had 2 garage door openers installed. Mark took the time to explain everything to me....and answered all my questions thoroughly. I was very impressed that he took the time to go thru the receipt step by step. Mark made me feel comfortable with the entire process of garage door openers....and I heartily recommend him and your company. .

Precision Door Service repaired our garage door this morning. Ron was prompt, courteous, and professional. He used quality replacement parts and even made an extra trip back to the shop to replace the rubber strip on the bottom of the door. This really completed the job properly. We are very pleased with his work and would recommend him without reservation.
