Garage spring broke on our door and I called Precision. was given an appointment the very next day. The technician called prior to the specified time to let me know that he would be there within a 1/2 hour. Mark, the technician, was very knowledgeable and explained what had to be done. He offered a couple of options and explained each in detail, with no pressure sales tactic. He completed the job in a timely fashion and cleaned the area. Very satisfied with the process from appointment to having the door fixed. All companies should be this good..

We were very pleased that Mark showed up on time. He gave us a choice of solutions to the problem. He applied our choice immediately. As soon as the weather is milder, we'll follow up with weatherstripping. We are pleased with the way our garage doors work now.

Outstanding performance!! Garage door broke (badly) on Friday night (my fault). Called Saturday am and got Holly in call center. She asked the right questions and answered mine, resulting in an appointment for Sunday. It was extremely helpful to go online and read bios of technicians and to read people's comments, all of which were helpful and positive. Josh arrived on time and went immediately to work, diagnosed the problem and fixed it, all in about 45 minutes. I thought the damage might mean a whole new door, but not so. Josh did recommend new rollers, and installed them, too. Significantly reduced the noise and likely extending the life of the door. All costs were explained ahead of time, and were quite a bit less than I was expecting, particularly on a Sunday. Josh also explained options for a new door if we wanted to upgrade in the future. I asked for this information, and was not pressured in any was by Josh. He was very professional and friendly. The whole process exceeded my expectations. I will definitely recommend Precision and if I upgrade the door will call them to do it.

I cannot stress how nice it is to do business with people who do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it, and for a fair price, and then stand behind their work and product. We love our new door and opener. Ron was a pleasure to deal with, and the people in the office lived up to our every expectation.
