Precision came to my residence, on time.. with multiple notifications (day of and previous day).. and honestly evaluated my garage door hardware for potential replacement. Became aware at 8 AM the coil spring broke on my garage door. Used the chat feature in the web site and a tech was assigned for a 5 - 7 arrival. Tech arrived 3:50, had parts, and was done 4:30. Tech was knowledgeable and pleasant.

Tech "Z" was very informative and efficient. Chain broke on 22 year old Chamberlain opener. I knew I was going to replace the opener. Z offered options and recommendations after inspecting entire door, roller and spring system. Z went right to work with my choices. He completed work in a timely manner and explained total operation of keypad, wall switch and remotes. Very satisfied with the new, quiet operation of the opener. Z is a fine rep for Precision. When returning home on a Friday night, the cables of our garage door detached from our garage door after we used our remote to lower the garage door after we parked the car in the garage. I called Precision Door that evening and an appointment was scheduled the following day. Ron arrived at my house on Saturday morning. Prior to his arrival, he called, sent a text identifying his role with the company, and had a tracker which showed how far he was on the route to my house. Ron determined that the spring had broken on our garage door. He had the necessary equipment and was able to repair the job in about 45 minutes. He thoroughly checked the door to make sure that there were no other issues. I was very pleased with the overall experience with how Precision Door handled my situation and the fine work that Ron did.

Working with this company was a positive experience every step of the way! I was able to set an appointment, have an onsite quote, and have my new garage door in less than a week! The garage door is perfect and all the transactions were smooth. On top of that the technicians were on time for the estimation and delivery. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
