I chose Precision Door because my door was inoperable and they were able to provide the fastest response out of 3 companies I called. Phil and Chris arrived promptly within the scheduled time and quickly diagnosed the problem with suggested improvements and a quoted price. Repair was completed within one hour and door is back in service. I will definitely use Precision again.

A very professional company, from setting up the appointment to coming out and doing the work efficiently and neatly. Like many companies, Precision has the tech call when on the way to your home, but then you also get a text confirming the call, with a photo of the technician who is on the way. I don't think it took him half an hour to replace the rollers on two garage doors, along with replacing the rubber gasket that seals the bottom of the doors.

Felix is always courteous and does a great job explaining everything to me. I would highly recommend this company for any of your overhead door needs. Thank you

Precision Door has great customer service. They were able to get my emergency service done on time and quickly. They are friendly and fair. All the pricing was upfront and explained once they knew what was wrong. They had the right parts to fix it immediately. They were also very careful as my cars were not able to be moved out until the door was repaired

Precision came recommended to us to replace our garage door opener. We were new customers. They were responsive, prompt and professional. There would be no reason to not call them in the future.

Precision Garage Door Service has promptly responded to repair each of my garage doors over the past few years. Appointments were made within a few days to complete the repair. I have been appreciative of their service from the time of my calling them through the service provided by the technician. Throughout the process I was kept informed about who my technician would be along with the time to expect a call from him. Ron has serviced both of my garage doors and has explained the issue that needed to be repaired. I have been pleased with the work that he has done. After I needed to have my second garage door repaired, I immediately contacted Precision Garage Door. Their service is exemplary as I highly recommend this company.

Chose them because the did a repair for me in 2019 on the door spring. The came right out did a great job and did not charge an inflated price. I contacted them to replace my garage and shed doors due to damage from a hail storm in 2024. I was pleased with their cost for work and had them order the material. Work is scheduled in a couple of weeks and I am sure that that it will be good quality.

Precision came to my residence, on time.. with multiple notifications (day of and previous day).. and honestly evaluated my garage door hardware for potential replacement. After evaluation, no replacement parts were necessary, at this time,.. and no service charge. It’s so nice that we still have honest businesses in our communities.. I highly recommend this business!! They were wonderful and got me same day service. Z was very helpful and informative. He gave me multiple estimates, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He completed the work in just over an hour! It was a great experience!

Became aware at 8 AM the coil spring broke on my garage door. Used the chat feature in the web site and a tech was assigned for a 5 - 7 arrival. Tech arrived 3:50, had parts, and was done 4:30. Tech was knowledgeable and pleasant.

Tech "Z" was very informative and efficient. Chain broke on 22 year old Chamberlain opener. I knew I was going to replace the opener. Z offered options and recommendations after inspecting entire door, roller and spring system. Z went right to work with my choices. He completed work in a timely manner and explained total operation of keypad, wall switch and remotes. Very satisfied with the new, quiet operation of the opener. Z is a fine rep for Precision. Thank you. Don De Canandaigua, NY

When returning home on a Friday night, the cables of our garage door detached from our garage door after we used our remote to lower the garage door after we parked the car in the garage. I called Precision Door that evening and an appointment was scheduled the following day. Ron arrived at my house on Saturday morning. Prior to his arrival, he called, sent a text identifying his role with the company, and had a tracker which showed how far he was on the route to my house. Ron determined that the spring had broken on our garage door. He had the necessary equipment and was able to repair the job in about 45 minutes. He thoroughly checked the door to make sure that there were no other issues. I was very pleased with the overall experience with how Precision Door handled my situation and the fine work that Ron did.
