Precision came this past week and installed our new door. They did an absolutely fantastic job. Good work, good communication, good customer service, competitively priced. Mary was great over the phone and always quick to respond back. Our tech Drew was very outgoing and communicated well while he worked. We are very happy we chose Precision and highly recommend them.

We found Precision Door's ad in the online website. We were given the standard service call price, time and date by a secretary. When Dave Mackay arrived he explained the possible problems and how they would range in cost to fix. We let him get to work. After a few minutes he knocked on the door and told us the price and that it would be the standard service fee of $49. plus tax. He then took us see the part involved and the cause of the problem...my husband's accidental cutting of a wire. This man deserves a 5 Star Rating!
