I called on a Friday afternoon about a broken spring on my garage door and spoke with a very professional person who set up an appointment for Sunday afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call Saturday morning and they shared that it could be done earlier. Ron showed up on time and repaired the door quickly and efficiently and it is working great! Thanks so much for the super fast repair and quality workmanship! Will definitely use Precision Door Service in the future.

I had my garage doors replace by Precision and would highly recommend them. I liked how I could set up an appointment via chat, as I hate making phone calls. I also liked how I could read about employees on the website. Communication was excellent throughout and everyone was very friendly. They didn’t try to “oversell” and actually discussed how I could keep some of my current units to save money. The doors were installed promptly and look great.

The tec.that installed my garage door opener was a delight. He was very knowledgeable and shared his knowledge with me.He explained the advantages of different openers they provided and helped me make my decision. He called to confirm the time (most company's call at the last minute and change the time) and showed up as scheduled. While I suppose time will tell as to how well the doors will holdup, I do want to comment on the pre-installation customer service and the crew who installed the doors. First, there was no pressure to purchase (i.e e-mails or phone calls) after I received a quote. Once I placed the order there was follow-up on the delivery date both a week prior to and day of delivery & installation. I received a text and phone call a half hour prior to the installers arriving. Once there the installers offered to help move some of the items out of the way in the garage and to dismantle some of the previous garage door supports. They were both pleasant and accommodating. They completed the installation ahead of schedule and thoroughly went through suggested periodic maintenance on the doors and asked if I had questions. The price was exactly as quoted.
