I called on a Friday afternoon about a broken spring on my garage door and spoke with a very professional person who set up an appointment for Sunday afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call Saturday morning and they shared that it could be done earlier. Ron showed up on time and repaired the door quickly and efficiently and it is working great! Ron called to say he would be arriving earlier than expected which was great. He assessed my garage door and door opener situation, and gave me options to fixing/replacing them. He was very professional in all the steps that followed: repairing my older door and replacing the opener with a much updated model. He gave me the approximate time of completing all of the work and was well within those limits. I am so pleased with my finished products (door and opener). The door opens so quietly compared to my older one. I am extremely happy with Ron and Precision Door. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and also will call them with any similar issues in the future.
