Felix was incredible, I honestly can’t praise him enough! He was so kind and patient through a tricky garage door issue and didn’t give up until he figured it out. My son needed his garage door repaired, the spring broke today (Sunday.) I called several companies who were not open and then called Precision - a very good decision. They arrived within 2 hours from when I called them. The person taking my information was helpful and very courteous. It took a very short time to install 2 new overhead springs and install an exterior key pad. The price was reasonable, the installer was pleasant to deal with, and the whole process was very easy. Thank you very much.

After scheduling for an emergency service, we were called to say there was a new opening to service our door earlier. The service man called to say he was on his way and when to expect him. He was prompt and inspected everything to be sure that the gear replacement was all that was needed. He explained what was needed and what the options were. He was quick in he work and the door opener was working perfectly. Very happy with the service

A cable broke on my garage door after regular working hours. I couldn't wait until morning to get the garage door opened. I called Precision and Mark came around 9:00 P.M. He was very tired after having started working early in the morning but he was still very pleasant and even took extra time to repair a part to save me the cost of a new one. He is the person I would call for any garage door repair.

Ron did a great job. He was quick and made a recommendation to repair rather than replace which saved us $. Only drawback was that we had to wait three days to have the door fixed because they were booked.
