Had Precision out to troubleshoot my garage door and get an estimate on replacing the opener. Instead of just pushing a whole new system on me, Ron actually took the time to find the real issue. Ended up just needing the pulleys fixed and replaced. Now the door runs like it's brand new. Really appreciate the honesty and great service, definitely recommend them!

While I’m not happy to have a $65. spider web removed, your technician made it that much less painful. He totally turned a negative situation around. He is a wonderful ambassador for your company. Also, it would serve your customers well to have access to a technician on the phone. I would have been spared this service call… but alas I’m happy to provide Mr. Mormon with a bit of job security.

The service Technician, Marty had opening to repair our garage door earlier than what was scheduled, which was appreciated. I called because one of my springs snapped. They came out the next day and fixed the problem. I asked them to do preventative maintenance on my garage doors--I installed them in 1984. The price was reasonable. The service man was so helpful and courteous. He was quick, too. Overall, my experience with Precision gives them a top of the heap rating. I would certainly recommend them.

Ron Kull was extremely professional in helping us decide on how best to fix our garage doors. We were very concerned about the appearance of new doors, the quality, workmanship of instllation, and price. We have a very difficult site where the garage is beneath our living room. There is not much headroom to work with and we need a quiet operation. We have talked with several garage door companies over the years, but no one gave us much hope on how to improve them. After several visits Ron determined that the best solution would be to repair and repaint the existing doors. They would maintain the rustic look of the house with cedar shakes and stone, but work like new. The doors open better than they have in 20 years. They look better. They are so much quieter. We are totally satisfied with the work and value we received. As a self employed businessman I was especially impressed with Ron Kull's professionalism and his desire to do what is best for his customer. I recommend his service for anyone looking for honest advice and quality work at a competitive price.
