Our garage door was installed by Precision several years ago, turning to them for service seemed logical. From our 1st call, they were polite and professional through the entire process. I chose Precision as I had used them before. I was a little disappointed to find out that the springs that I had installed in 2011 were rated for up/down cycles and not a timeframe, but that makes sense, and this door gets a lot of use. Since I had used them before I was not aware that there was a $20 coupon on the web site for the exact service I was having done. I called about the coupon and they honored it after the fact. The tech who performed the service was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and personable.

We were very pleased. When our 26 year old garage door got stuck part way up, was crooked and the track was bent we called Precision based on their web site and promise to come out quickly. While we did have to pay a bit more for same day service, it was worth the cost. The technician call before coming and stopped to pick up any parts he might need. He was able to fix the track, replace the cable, and get it working. He then lubricated the door, checked the unit for possible additional problems and even changed the light bulbs for us. The price was reasonable. We will definitely call them for all garage door issues.
