Very helpful. Realize we don't need a new garage door, will just need a new garage door opener, and key pad. Ron tuned it up for the meantime. And we will have him replace the old garage door opener and key pad very soon.

Precision does great work. Ron was very thorough and explained the problem and process to fix it well. The especially appreciated him coming out on a Sunday of a holiday weekend. Will continue to recommend Precision as I have many times in the past.

I am very happy with my door repairs. The response time was excellent. The work was performed flawlessly and the price was fair. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone who needs their garage doors serviced.

The owner himself answered my call. He's a "No B.S" person who -- obviously -- knows Garage Doors and their associated equipment. He suggested I call the original installer for a return visit, and educated me as to the nature of their mistakes. During our conversation he made a few adjustment himself, lubricated the "moving parts", and raised the door opener so it no longer dragged across the body of the door as it went up and down. All this at no charge! If you're looking for competent and honest assessment Precision Garage Door Service is, in my opinion, your best bet.

Ron provides exceptional customer service and was able to diagnose my problem very quickly. He provided two quotes to provide to my home owners insurance to cover the cost of the repairs. The quote that I received from Ron was much lower than the other quote that I received.

I made an appointment online with ease and Ron came on a Sunday. The garage door kept getting stuck and the keypad wasn’t working. Ron showed me why it kept getting stuck and replaced my keypad. He was the one who installed our garage door years ago. Amazing company and owner! I highly recommend Precision!!!

Having used Precision Door in the past, I used the number on their "Refrigerator Magnet" when my garage door stopped working from the remote. As I am "older", and somewhat disabled, the thought of having to walk in and out of the garage every time I use my car to take my dog for a walk (in 27 degree weather) caused concern. I called Precision. The very pleasant lady on the phone set up the first available appointment for a week later. Later in the day Precision had a cancellation, I accepted it without question. In the meantime, I replaced the dead battery in the remote (apparently upside down) with a "viable" replacement I had in my battery "collection". When the repair person arrived he turned the battery right-side up, and the remote now works. Embarrassed? You bet. He refused to accept payment for simply turning a battery over -- but I still feel a bit incompetent, and thankful for his attitude. Such persons are few and far between these days. Highly recommended -- great service both times (4 years apart).

Excellent fast and courteous service. Online appointment ability on website made it easy to book our repair. Technician was on time, gave text updates when he would arrive. Inspected our situation and gave us a quote on the spot. Our main spring was repaired quickly. Highly recommend!

Zikret Omic was a pleasure to work with. He corrected our issue with ease and both serviced and examined our unit. He pointed out what needs to be done and gave us a path forward at our choosing. I enjoyed talking with him and hope to take advantage of his courteous service in the future.

Great service. Had new door installed last year and had new garage floor put in last Fall. Rain water was coming in under the seal. Door needed to be reset due to new floor. Came the next day after I called. The initial install last year was also really good. Ron measured and explained the new door and opener options himself. The guys that did the install were marvelous. Very clean and neat job. Very happy with this company.

Technician arrived to install a garage door opener that I had purchased. The tech showed up without a ladder tall enough to perform the work and then informed me that since the box was open (it was torn) that he couldn’t install it. He insisted that we return it and get a new unit.

I contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door Service because one of the two springs broke on the garage door, trapping my car inside! I desperately needed my car because of numerous doctor appointments that I did not want to cancel and reschedule. Your repair person came promptly the same day, replaced the springs, made some minor adjustments, and released my car from its dungeon! Thankfully I was able to keep my doctor appointments as originally scheduled. A big THANK YOU to Precision Overhead Garage Door Service for coming to my rescue so quickly. Your technician was very courteous, polite, neat, and efficient. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to repair or install your garage door.

We had a cable break on the door for my wife's garage entrance on a Sunday morning (of course....). I called Garage Doors Rochester and answered the questions regarding location, etc. The scheduler gave me a time "between 12 and 2 pm). The service provider arrived a few minutes early, diagnosed the problem, and started work right away. While testing the door, a different cable on the same door (1993 installation) broke. He fixed it, tested it, and lubricated the cables and springs on both doors. On time, efficient, (and working efficiently in a 24 degree garage). Perfect!

Felix was wonderful. He quickly diagnosed that the gear on my 24 year old door opener was going and showed me the evidence. He gave me the price to fix it. After the install, he walked me through what he had done, showed me all of the features. Felix was professional, answered all of my questions. The garage door now works like new. I will definitely recommend Precision Door to my friends!

Mark and his assistant were excellent. Our old door failed after 25+ years and it created a mess where the door and rails had to be completely replaced. They did an awesome job and we are very pleased with the result. Will definitely recommend Precision to family and friends.
