I had a problem with my garage door automatically retracting and not closing properly. I suspected the sensors were bad. I was wrong. Ron came out early on a Sunday and quickly accessed my real problem, a broken sprocket assembly on the motor of my opener. He gave me a choice or either a repair or new opener and the prices of each. I chose the repair and so far, it works like a charm! Prompt, courteous, professional service-----who could ask for more? John

We saw an ad in the phone book yellow pages that stated Precision worked on our make of garage door opener. It was great to communicate with a person when we called. I also liked the internet connection, to confirm appts., and pictures and brief bios of the technicians. The reviews were also helpful and interesting. Ron arrived both days on the early side of the estimated appointment time. Ron replaced the mother board in our opener very reasonably. It's been working great ever since. Thanks, Ron. Adjusted the runners, greased the rollers, set up the radar lights, handed us the remotes, gave us a quick lesson on how to use, and was on his way within an hour. Highly recommend. my friends in Newark gave me the name of this firm. prompt, pleasant and great technician. Mr. Arena came when promised, spent lots of time explaining to me what our problem was, gave suggestions as to how to maintain the work he did. He probably could have told me I needed a new door and new opener, but was very honest and rebuilt the hardware and related items on my existing wooden door. he also simply adjusted the existing opener. I was impressed with that. neat worker and again, impressed with his not selling me anything more than I needed!
