Senaid Kapic was my repair technician. I had a snapped cable, broken bracket, and bent door. I called for a garage door repair at 2pm, he was here by 4:15, and gone by 4:45 (and I live out in the 315 boonies). He was courteous and efficient. I will definitely recommend to my friends and will be calling again anytime I need help with my two garage doors and three barn doors.

The Precision employee arrived slightly ahead of the appointment time after calling to let me know he was on the way. He was knowledgeable and gave us recommendations and estimates on the repair. The repair was made quickly and all in all the service was professional and everyone we had contact with was courteous. I would highly recommend them if you need repairs done right and in a timely manner.

Dave was actually one hour earlier than the appointed time . He called ahead which was great. Service was terrific. He explained the needed repair and checked out several other doors for possible problems. I rate this company a 5 and will use them again.

Incredible Customer Service!!! I got a return call after hours, Ron came to the house the next day, such a nice guy and very professional! A week later, Mark shows up, he called ahead and was able to come earlier than scheduled! Terrific guy! Oh yeah, as for the product, they replaced a large garage door on a pole barn, very reasonably priced! Beautiful door with a new key pad and two remotes!! Thanks so much and if you are reading this review and looking for a new door or service, look no further. These guys are real deal and you will be very pleased!! Good luck!

I'm sorry but I have forgotten the technicians name who repaired my door but he did a great job. The original call was for a broken spring but he pointed out that the door needed an overhaul. I knew that it did but he quoted a price and time which mus much less than I anticipated. He did the job quickly and adjusted the door opener afterward. The door has never operated as smoothly as it does now. Great job done timely and at a fair price. Thank you A definite 5 star

5 stars: experienced a complete shut down of garage door unexpectedly late on a thursday night. Called Precision first thing friday and they showed up that day and fixed our door. This company is attentive, knowledgable, and dependable. I would recommend them wholeheartedly based on my positive experience. No non-sense customer friendly company.

On Jan. 12,2012,I had the pleasure of seeing the work of two good and efficient technicians install my new Amarr steel garage door and my new Marantec belt driven garage door opener. The work was done neatly and everything was cleaned up after the job was completed.All openers including vehicles were programmed and explained to me.Thanks for a job well done. Ed Richards

Excellent service and installation by Zikret! He was personable and extremely knowledgeable to hang the door with quality precision! Guess that’s how you got your name!!! The new door is excellent quality. I’m very pleased with all aspects of this from Ron’s first visit, to talking with Mary on the phone and especially with Z!
