He was courteous, knowledgeable, and precise in describing the work that needed to be done in order to make the door work like new. He was efficient and accomplished the task quickly. I give this tech a 5 star rating as well.

The service was top-notch. Dave was our tech. He arrived early and had a challenge since the door was broken and not an easy access to get in the garage. But he did and was able to repair all the cables, springs, etc. Plus the actual door opener had burned out and he replaced that too. It is like brand new! He was so pleasant and did a great job. I would highly recommend the service. Thank you!!
