Ron was amazing. He fixed our garage door in a few mins, it was obvious that he is not only an expert but also enjoys what he does. The fix was so trivial that he did not even feel justified to get paid....he literally locked-in a loyal customer by showing that grace and kindness!!

Amazing experience with this company! I called, and they were at my house early the next morning, right on time. Sean diagnosed the issue and fixed my garage door on the spot. The pricing was reasonable and fair. Highly recommended.

"Z" was a very professional capable person. He replaced a battery that had lost its charge and explained how it worked. It seemed unlikely that the back up battery needed replacement after only 4 years, as it's only used as a backup for then the electricity is out.

Zikret was very polite and helpful. And didn't laugh too hard when we found old smoke detectors making the chirping sound. He did a nice job changing rusty hinges, adding a rubber thing to the bottom of the door and explaining things to me.

Didnt like the sound of garage door opener..Sadmir checked everything, lubed all, & spotted a hazard w/spring &adjusted. He told me opener was near 30 yr old.Asked if it should be replaced, replied no its still ok but will need eventual replacement . .Didn't try & sell me. Was impressed with his honesty & had him install a new opener. Fair price

My technician Shawn was very pleasant and courteous. He tried was able to educate me on what the problem was, (little did I know just unplugging it would re-boot the system). I have used Precision before and I am pleased with the service. And they came the next day after I called ! thank you.

The other day we had a spring go on our garage door. We called precision garage door. The technician that came to the house was named Z. He was very knowledgeable and efficient felt very comfortable with him in the house. I am the owner of Monroe county plumbing services. So I know what a good Technician is. If any other customers ever ask me who I would use I would definitely highly recommend precision garage door.

I really appreciated Sean's work, he laid out what he was going to do before doing it and quoted me the price for each thing even when I didn't ask for that. He was very quick to get the door fixed from an unusual issue of non-broken but weaker than expected springs. He also made sure to tell me there's a 3 year warranty on them and even left them for me as I requested.

I highly recommend Precision Door Service. Sean S. was on time and worked through cold and snowy weather. He installed a new opener and and repaired the springs. When the work was completed he explained everything to me very thoroughly . Also, I had to call on a late Friday afternoon and I actually spoke to a person , and I wasn't on hold for hours !! Great service .

The people at Precision are awesome! They answered our call the day after Thanksgiving and were at our house the very next day. They were polite, professional, and obviously very knowledgeable. They didn’t even charge us because it was such a simple fix. We would 100% recommend Precision!

Zikret and his “partner in training” gave us outstanding service. Our problem turned out to be minor, but they went the extra mile anyway! Explained everything in detail, and gave excellent advice in a professional, friendly manner. It’s rare to get such top notch customer service these days. Your team excelled in every way. When our “dinosaur” garage door dies, I know who to call! Thank you!

Referral from my brother. He was very happy with the service, installation and quality of the door. I am following my brother's advice which is purchasing the highest quality door. Ron Kull, the owner, was very responsive, provided the options for a garage door, gave me a quote and I ordered. All of this happened within 30 minutes. He also fixed an issue I was having with my current garage door "eye" which was unrelated to the purchase of the new door. I will have my new door installed within the month.
