The service call from Ron was the highlight of my day. He quickly and expertly made adjustments so my garage door was working again, explained what he had done and the potential for future repair or replacement. He came a day earlier than scheduled so that I was without operation for less time than expected. He was super friendly and courteous. PRECISION DOOR SERVICE will always be my first call for any future garage door needs. I highly recommend them.

Arrived home last night from out of town travel to discover garage door opener chain had disengaged from track and door could only be operated manually. several years ago had had good service from Precision for a different problem, so I called this morning. They were able to provide emergencies service in less than four hours, Sadie, technician, was very professional, courteous and thoroughly likable. He diagnosed the problem promptly and replaced the 15 year old unit with a new one…all on this same visit at a reasonable price. Hopefully wiil not need their services anytime soon, but fully recommend to anyone who does

The technician was extremely quick and efficient. Set up two garage door openers with exactly the features I wanted without trying to up-sell me. From start to finish, he took maybe an hour and a half to remove two broken openers and replace them with new ones along with new keypad and sensors, including the time it took him to go pick up the new parts! He walked me through the setup and care of the openers and doors.

He gave me three options for the repair and was helpful in explaining each repair approach and didn’t pressure me towards one or the other but advised me on the long/or short term repair fixes.
