Phil Mormon the service technician was on time, polite, knowledgeable, thorough and honest in his evaluation of our broken garage door mechanics. He gave me three options for the repair and was helpful in explaining each repair approach and didn’t pressure me towards one or the other but advised me on the long/or short term repair fixes.

I have used Precision Door Service to replace my aged garage door and service it when the cables need to be replaced. They come when they say they will, call if they can be early or are running a bit behind (having saved another customer).
