Technician Sadmir did a great job. I asked him if I could watch him as works and he was okay with that. He replaced 2 coil springs and all the rollers on the door. What a difference that made. It runs smooth and quieter. Like a new door. I asked a lot of questions on the upkeep of the door. I liked his answers, and I learned a lot. I would recommend Precision door service to others.

Hi, Felix came by the house to help with my garage door, he needed to reprogram opener to the door would stay down when I would close. I had some work done the day before the problem where I had to flip the breaker. Felix was very courteous and professional.

This was the easiest service experience I have ever had. I called the office and they set me up with a Saturday appointment because of my work schedule. Ron came out and was super friendly. He assessed the situation and explained my various options without pushing me in any particular direction. He installed a nee garage door opener on the spot. Before leaving he took the time to teach me about my opener and make sure I had a solid understanding of everything.

Called at 11:30 this morning (Sunday) for a repair and Ron was here at 1:30. He made the repair then inspected whole door and lubricated it. Very professional. Finished by 2:00. The repair cost was very reasonable. An excellent experience.. same as when the door was purchased from and installed by Precision.
