Precision door installed my opener about 5 years ago. They are quick to respond to issues and questions. There was an issue with the original door opener installation that was quickly resolved. I have now decided to add the battery backup (which I would highly recommend). Since my power goes out often, the battery backup will keep me from having to reset the open and closed positions.

I'm sorry I forgot the name of the person who did the work on our garage door, but he was great. He kept me informed as he was doing the work; made worthwhile suggestions of some things I would never have thought about; and was very thorough and quick with the work he did. He left information about some possible new garage doors if that becomes a future issue, pointing out that the money to keep repairing this nearly 40 year old door might be better spent on a new one.

Ron arrived within the time frame we agreed upon and gave me his honest opinion. I thought i was going to have to repair or replace my door and he said it was fine the way it is. Your honesty speaks volumes to the type of person you are and about the way you run your business! Thank you!!!

The experience with Precision was outstanding beginning with my first phone call to them where I received a friendly greeting and they were able to book an appointment for me within 24 hours. Ron, who was the technician called ahead to let me know when he would arrive. He arrived early and was able to diagnose the issue with our garage door quickly. The solution was completed in a timely fashion and Ron was friendly and professional, explaining the work needed and the features of the new garage door opener. I highly recommend Precision!

The keypad would not work and technician replaced the battery which I had no idea it took one. He then proceeded to do a safety check and lubricate the track bearings. At no time did he reference my stupidity of the situation but was professional the entire time he spent here.

So very happy to have a competent, friendly worker who diagnosed several problems and fixed them! My appreciation to Sadmir Hamzic. I will not lose this contact. If Precision has more of these kind of staff than Sadmir, I predict a successful business. Thanks

The service was excellent that I received from Phil Mormon, the technician that came to fix my garage door. He assessed the issues and took the time to go over each one with me. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable and honest on what my options were. 12 years ago when we needed a new garage door and our friend suggested Precision, we have been pleased with the couple of service calls where a technician was needed. Thank you for great service.

I recently used Precision Garage Door of Rochester for a repair service, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful. The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time and quickly diagnosed the issue with my garage door. He explained the problem clearly and provided me with a detailed estimate before starting any work. Throughout the repair process, he worked diligently and ensured everything was functioning perfectly before leaving. I was impressed not only by the technician's expertise but also by the company's overall customer service. They were responsive to my initial inquiry, and scheduling the service was hassle-free. The entire experience demonstrated their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Precision Door installed our openers ten years ago and they have worked well ever since. Recently, one of the springs and cables on our door (different issue) broke, so we called Precision again. They explained the problem and presented us up front with different options for service. The work was performed professionally and efficiently. I would recommend Precision Door to others.

Sean did a great job getting my garage door working properly. Because of the systems age, we may need to replace it. He was very professional and left me with confidence in the company and its ability to properly serve us and keep us going. I was given a quotation if I have a failure of the system in the future and need to replace it. I saw Precision Garage Ad on line, which included references and tried the phone number. The lady who answered the phone was very courteous and did a good job explaining the company and what it does, helpful on pricing, and got me scheduled for service. Sean, the service technician called and asked if coming early would work, he arrived and did a great job getting the door to work and what to look for in the future. I will not hesitate to recommend Precision Garage Door Service in the future.

I recommend Precision Garage Door service for your garage door maintenance. This was our 2nd time using this company and each occasion was a hassle free experience. They explained and showed the needed repair and the cost was fair.
