I can't say enough good things about my experience with this company. Last August, we needed to get the garage door modified to raise higher for a new vehicle. Sean came up with a great solution and fixed a spring problem from another company. We had a issue this week that was quickly and easily fixed under warranty by Zikret who explained the minor issue - possibly caused by a power outage - and clearly explained the issue to me. Everyone from technicians to people who answer the phone has been extremely polite and helpful. I'm very happy to have found this company!

I purchased a new door from Precision in August 2020. Door tension spring broke on 1/5/2026. Very short life span if you ask me. Technician blamed the short life span on moisture because the track had rust on the bottom. I am not sure if I agree with that. Price was more than they quoted me on the phone and $30 more than another local company. When I mentioned this, he said "why am I here...you should have gone with them". (I should have in hindsight...I went with precision because it was only supposed to cost a little more than the other company and they were the company that initially installed my door). Technician added a baring that was not on the original quote on the phone which made the price higher than expected. He said he would take that off the price which I thought he meant that he would still replace it at no cost.... nope. He just didn't replace it. If it truly needed to be replaced, he should have conveyed that to me, and I would have paid the higher price. I printed out a coupon, but it was not excepted (I didn't realize there was more than one Precision garage company) - He could have easily taken off the $25 coupon from the correct website but I had no way to print it. Due to the short lifespan of the tension spring I think I will look elsewhere.

Upon getting ready to go to work, I discovered that the spring on my garage door broke during the night. I was unable to open the door and get my car out. I discovered Precision via a web search. They informed me that I could obtain emergency service that same evening. I booked an appointment, received a call at work around 10 AM and due to a cancellation, they would be able to fix the door in the morning. Although I wasn't there, I gave them my CC # and when I got home the work was complete - - above and beyond what I expected. My detached garage was built in the 1950s and the door is outrageously heavy. I could open it with one finger if I chose to. I received a text message from Precision with the tech's name and # along with his photo so a person would know who to expect would be arriving. I will call again and definitely use them for the other door and ask about openers. I am so very impressed and happy with the service, price, reliability and workmanship. I will specifically as for my tech by name. Lastly, I purchased new spring, rollers and cables.
