He was friendly and explained what was going on with the door opener, and gave us options about what we could do to repair or purchase a new one. My day was made! Our garage door opener hasn’t been working correctly for a while. We had tried to no avail to fix it ourselves. Decided to call Precision to see if they could fix it. It was determined that it was an unfixable issue with the opener. This did not surprise me. A new opener was installed quickly and professionally. From start to finish with Precision, I was very happy and so glad to have my door opener working again especially in this cold weather! My techs were also great. Very patient with my questions and thorough in explaining all of the functions of the new opener. Highly recommend this company!!

I have worked with Precision door twice and have had a great experience both times. Scheduling was easy, fast and convenient. This time I knew my garage door opener was broken. And the tech (Felix) clearly explained what exactly was wrong and what it would cost to repair or replace. I chose to replace the opener. The tech was efficient and I could see that he really double checked all the fittings on the garage door to ensure that it would be running smoothly and optimally, which is especially important to me in my 1920 built house with heavy old garage doors. He took the time to explain all of the features of the new opener and helped me reset the keypad. Really outstanding. I would heartily recommend this business.
