We were very happy with the service we received from Precision Garage Door. We had a garage door that hasn't closed properly in years and a garage door opener that didn't work. Ron, who was both personable and professional, recommended that we try to have the garage door fixed rather than replaced which was a significantly less expensive option. Ron was able to fix the door and installed a new garage door opener. Now the door closes properly, and the garage door opener works great. Also, Ron worked around our schedule to do the service. We will definitely use Precision if we have any issues in the future and highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

I made an appointment with Precision Garage Door of Rochester due to water coming into the garage under the door when experiencing heavy rains. Ron, the owner, came out and examined the door. He explained that the water coming in under the door was not due to any problems with the door and that the bottom rubber on the door which was in great shape. I very much appreciated Ron's honesty and his patient and thorough explanations in answer to my questions. Ron is courteous, respectful, professional, and skilled. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Rochester!

I learned of Precision from our superintendent of buildings and grounds at my complex. He said they had done work for him and he was very pleased! I was surprised to learn that Precision would come out to repair my garage door on Sunday without an extra service charge. Ron, the owner, came and repaired the door in a very short amount of time!! I am very pleased with the service I received!!

Phil Mormon came and fixed our broken cable problem on our garage door. He was very professional, very cleanly, and very knowledgeable. He took less than 45 minutes to correct the problem. He even adjusted our automated garage door opener to more reliably close each time. He also made recommendations for future improvements that we may need to consider in the future. No pressure, just good information. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Precision Garage Door Service has been my "go-to" company with any garage door/opener issues that I've had. I have had great experiences every time, while their workers are professional, hard working, and polite. "Z" was great today. He installed a new opener and replaced a number of parts that were due to be updated. He was efficient and explained things clearly. The owner, Ron, has even made a couple of the service calls himself. If you want an honest, hard working company give Precision a try!
