I made an appointment with Precision Garage Door of Rochester due to water coming into the garage under the door when experiencing heavy rains. Ron, the owner, came out and examined the door. He explained that the water coming in under the door was not due to any problems with the door and that the bottom rubber on the door which was in great shape. I very much appreciated Ron's honesty and his patient and thorough explanations in answer to my questions. Ron is courteous, respectful, professional, and skilled. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Rochester!

I learned of Precision from our superintendent of buildings and grounds at my complex. He said they had done work for him and he was very pleased! I was surprised to learn that Precision would come out to repair my garage door on Sunday without an extra service charge. Ron, the owner, came and repaired the door in a very short amount of time!! Precision Garage Door Service has been my "go-to" company with any garage door/opener issues that I've had. I have had great experiences every time, while their workers are professional, hard working, and polite. "Z" was great today. He installed a new opener and replaced a number of parts that were due to be updated. He was efficient and explained things clearly. I would recommend Ron and his company to anyone. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He thoroughly inspected my door opener and found it was jammed and proceeded to fix it. He also inspected my garage door and oiled the joints. It's as good as new (even if it is 20 years old.) He also made a point to stress that if your garage door is stuck in the open position to NEVER pull the opener cord. Wait for a professional to safely lower the door. It is very dangerous. Thank you, Ron for a job well done!

We've worked with Precision Garage Doors over the years and they've been constantly great. We had a reoccurring "bang!" when the door went up, and were concerned it might be something major. Zeak showed up right on time, and diagnosed and fixed the issue(s) in no time. I would say based on my experiences with them, their team has always been friendly and clear about what they recommended prior to doing the work, and never fail to repair and fix the problem. Nothing is cheap any more, but Precision is fair, and because of the quality of the work, I'd say they're a value. We won't be calling anyone else.
