My springs broke on the 4th of July so I needed emergency service to get my car out the next day. Ron came the same day I called for service. He was very friendly and professional in explaining what needed to be done. He replaced the two springs and checked to make sure the garage door was working. He even lubricated the areas which was great. I highly recommend precision for getting the job done in a timely manner.

Ron was direct, and very helpful. Our Genie is 20+ years old and may not last much longer. He unplugged the unit, plugged it back in and it appear to work again (perhaps not for long). But there was no charge, as he said “I didn’t do anything.” That alone was refreshing! He did lubricate the rail, and said he hoped it lasted, but is sending me a quote for a replacement should the time come soon.

Was having issue with door not closing. Of course once Mark got there at end of day he reset the manual option and naturally the door closed. He explained that he believed it has to do with the time of day/sunshine. He explained the sensors so I now know how to look at them (esp. the green one) and make sure it is not flashing. Also explained the lock feature on my units since I wasn't sure and he sprayed the tracks/wheels so the garage is definitely quieter. All in all he answered my questions. Explained things to me. Well done, Mark. Thank you for taking time to answer my questions.
