The owner came out on time and gave us a fair estimate for a new garage door. The crew Zikret and his helper (sorry, forgot his name) also showed up on time and installed the door. The next day, we noticed some minor problems and called Precision and arranged for a time for the technician to come back and repair. He actually came a day early because he was in the area and fixed the minor repairs within 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who need repair/replacement garage doors.

Outstanding service, fast response and quality service. Our technician was personable, professional and very easy to deal with. The door failed on Tuesday morning, a repair was scheduled on line Tuesday morning and the repair was completed on Wednesday afternoon, 30 minutes prior to scheduled appointment!!! This is the second time over the years we found our self in need of precision garage doors. Our technician, Zikret arrived today as scheduled. He did a thorough assessment of the situation and provided a multitude of options for taking care of our issue. He was very professional, extremely helpful, and I feel confident that our door is in good working condition for years to come. I chose precision because my mailman recommended you! Sadmir was excellent, he went over all my options, I picked what best suited my needs. He had everything installed quickly and then went over everything. He was very good at explaining how everything worked, Took his time while explaining it, and then had me try everything to make sure it all worked before he left. I’m very happy with the experience from precision door. I had many of the parts placed, the spring rollers, railings, cable, and then purchased a quiet garage door opener.
