I have had Precision install an opener twice now. My technician was Sadmir both times. He was very professional, polite, and patient. He did an excellent job both times with installing. Highly pleased with most recent service ! Just recently purchased a new house and garage door openers were in need of replacing. Zikret did a phenomenal job start to finish. It is difficult to find enough adjectives to describe my experience with yesterday's service call. So let's try this: ECSTATIC !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you want specifics, my original appt. was for 5-7 PM on the following day, but he called the day before announcing that he was nearby and could come right over, AND later I found that he had cancelled the previous appt. FOR ME me so that was one less detail to contribute to the TOTAL trauma of a stuck shut garage door. The repair was totally completed in record time and again, I can't stop gushing with relief and enthusiasm over the whole experience with Precision. Thanks again Ron!

Dave Ackley is clearly experienced, very professional and completed our repair as promised. In addition to the repair, he checked the door and track assembly and lubricated the moving parts. Dave also explained how to maintain the door and what to look for as it ages. Great job!

We were extremely satisfied with the service. Ron himself came out and notified us that the broken spring should have been replaced at the last service call. He replaced it promptly and waived the charge, We will always call Precision for any future service or new purchase needs. Their service is outstanding.

Garage door opener quit. I looked online and found Precision.I called and they were here in a few hours. Felix was my technician. He was pleasant, friendly and professional. Discussed the options and went with a new Liftmaster opener. Felix installed the opener and adjusted the door. What a difference. So smooth and quiet. When I registered online, There was a $30.00 rebate.What else can you ask for. Great service and good prices.

On Christmas Eve night our garage door opener chain broke and the garage door popped out of its track. We called Precision and set up an appointment for the following Tuesday (we were in no rush since our car was outside when this happened) and they came right on time, did the work efficiently and professionally, and made sure we were 100% satisfied. We couldn't be happier. We had heard of Precision from the previous owners of our house who had used them years before and were really happy with their work.
