I was a previous customer at a different house near Bushnell's Basin. At our new house, one of the overhead garage door springs broke and needed replaced. Drew was able to arrive early which was good and replaced the two springs and pulleys as well as reset the cables. The door now works great! I was also given the promotion "Buffalo Bills" discount! Thanks! 5 Stars!

The techician was knowledgeable and helpful. He explain what happen and what he needed to do to fix the door. He made suggestions how to keep it running smooth. He check the door and to make sure it was running ok. He even changed the light bulbs for me!Excellent service!

I purchased a new garage door 5 years ago that has become a welcome addition on my home. I just recently had a liftmaster opener replace one I had for a number of years. Both were installed quickly & professionally. The new Liftmaster performs more smoothly and quieter than the old one. I've been quite satisfied w/ their quality.

This was a thoroughly positive experience. The technician came on time, explained the cost of repair, was friendly and checked both doors (one had been previously repaired by Precision). I called Precision because of their previous work and because I knew they would come quickly - and they did come the next morning.
