My husband and I were ready to go grocery shopping and I pushed to open the garage door. It didn't open and instructed us to refer to owners manual for particular error code. My husband could not find any error codes in the manual. So I panicked and called the office. They scheduled service tech Nick Dillman to come and fix the problem. He came very quickly and found out one of the 2 springs was broken. Nick was very polite and professional.

I was a previous customer at a different house near Bushnell's Basin. At our new house, one of the overhead garage door springs broke and needed replaced. Drew was able to arrive early which was good and replaced the two springs and pulleys as well as reset the cables. The door now works great! I was also given the promotion "Buffalo Bills" discount!
