I would highly recommend your company to anyone in need of garage door service. Eric was here tonight for a few hours repairing my door with new springs and modifying an odd apparatus that was installed by the previous owner to open a double-sized door from one side. The normal access to the springs and opening equipment was almost inaccessible. He had to permanently modify his tools to accommodate my abnormal door, and without hesitation, he cut off lengths of his torque release/tension rods in order to release/apply tension to the springs. I really appreciated his upbeat attitude and determination through some unforeseen challenges to complete the job! He was extremely professional, and will request him specifically to perform all my garage door service from now on. Thanks a bunch!

Garage door opener was broken. Needed new springs, cables. Got the package with the new rollers on door, etc. Technician was very pleasant and friendly and courteous. Seemed to do a great job. Very pleased.
