We were extremely pleased with the expertise and service provided by Precision Door Service. Ron Kull did an outstanding job in a timely manner! He ways very informative and friendly. The company keeps you informed about when your technician will arrive and even tries to be there sooner. They answer your questions thoroughly and don’t try to sell you parts and services you don’t need. Wonderful company! They are available 7 days a week. We’ll be recommending them to our friends.

Five star all the way. Ron called before he came to let us know that he was on the way. Very efficient and let me know that I was the BOSS! Done in a quick and quiet manner. He cleaned up his mess before he left, lubricated the moving parts of the garage door. Very pleased and the garage door still works!

mark was very helpful on the install of our new opener. he quickly detected the problem with the old and had a replacement installed within a matter of minutes. (so it seemed). minutes after he left, i called with a squeaking issue, he returned and fixed the problem. If all your employees are as kind and courteous and knowledgeable as Mark I would recommend your company to anyone

Once I found what was wrong with my garage door I figured it would have to be replaced, well Ron came out and said he could fix it at a lot less cost, kind of strange that someone offers help nowdays, anyway, Ron not only fixed the door he pointed out where a previous company had installed the wrong parts and he replaced those as well, being honest the door works better now then ever before. My hats off to Precision Door, I seldom rank companies at the highest as I always feel there is room for improvement but in this case the rating is the best I can give them.

I was very impressed with Ron's handling of my job. I had an 8:00 estimate scheduled and emphasized that I needed him at my house on time because I had to leave for work. He showed up at 7:50(my kind of guy). On the day the work was scheduled he called me in the morning to let me the time he was coming. I own a small business myself and I appreciate good service. I would recommend Precision to anyone who values their time and wants a good job done. Their price was also very fair, as I obtained many estimates.

Service is always very prompt. The staff is courteous. The work is extremely well done and the service staff let's you know what has to be done to the equipment and the cost before starting the work. The garage area where the work is done has always been cleaned after the service has been completed.
