Called and requested new seal on bottom of 16ft wide Wayne-Dalton garage door. Service call was made, knowing you didn’t carry Wayne-Dalton parts. I paid for the call but feel I was a victim of bait and switch! I will pass on my experience. On the plus side, the technician was polite, professional and probably just doing the job he was trained to do.

It was easy to schedule an appointment. They do not charge extra for Sunday service. The technician (Sadmir) was efficient and competent. He called to ask if he could arrive early. He finished the job quickly and answer all my questions. I elected to not only fix the problem but replace other aging parts while he was here.

This was our first time using Precision Door Service. We have a 2 car garage with separate garage doors. Unfortunately the springs broke on both sides causing both doors to become unusable. Pulling the cord to open the doors will not help in this situation. We looked online for garage door repair services and decided on Precision. Their ratings were high and the recent comments were very good. I have to say they were very professional when I called and they answered all my questions. The day of my appointment the service tech called me letting me know when he would arrive. I also received a picture text of the tech including his credentials and a little bit about him as an individual. I did like that included. When he arrived he got right to work and creating 4 different quotes. That was nice because they understand people can’t always afford to have the high-end replacements. There was no pressure or persuading to pick any certain package. Our tech explained each option thoroughly and had examples of the different choices we could select. To shorten this up the instruction was top notch and both doors work beautifully. He cleaned up all his work and left it spotless. I highly recommend this company. Our tech was Zikret. I highly recommended him when calling. High Marks!

The spring on one of my garage doors suddenly broke and the door could not open. I called Precision for a repair. Upon arrival the technician Phil Mormon looked over the issues with the door. He gave me several options to consider from repair to the replacement of the door. He clearly explained all of the details necessary to make an informed decision. I decided to replace the door and the additional door in my garage based on their age and condition. Less than a week later Phil returned to replace the doors. They look beautiful and better yet work perfect. I have used Precision many times over the years and have never been disappointed. I have also referred them to my friends and neighbors who share my pleasure with their work and products. Thank you again for a job well done.

The tech was nice but he did not fix the issue yet still charged me. He suggested changing the light bulbs in my garage. Yet I told him the problem was present before Led bulbs were around. He wanted to sell me a new door. He did adjust my springs yet I still have the sane issue which is ny remotes don't work well outside the garage. He told me to change the main light bulbs in the garage which are never on when I close and open the door. So I'll call profetta who I've had good luck k with.

Had garage doors installed today by SadMir Hamzic. He did a great job. Job was difficult but he was hard working, diligent, courteous and professional Also took time to explain the maintenance and workings of the doors and openers. And also was on time! An asset to Precision! Our experience with this company was excellent from the initial sales meeting with Ron Kull to the install. And we’re happy with our new doors!
