Technician was extremely professional and very courteous. Have no complaints with personnel. Cost of the repair was very pricey. About a year ago I had previous door a spring and cables replaced also. And it was about half the price. I was pressed for time so I had no choice.

We recently contacted Precision regarding a garage door we had installed about a year ago. A freak issue caused the rollers to jump the rail, leaving the door to literally hang precariously to one side in a potentially dangerous position for my family and also for anyone servicing the door. The customer service staff at Precision were extremely helpful in communicating the urgency of our situation to the installing team, who was very quick to contact us. Ron, the owner of the company, was soon joined by Chris and together within barely two hours, had the door looking like new! It was fun to watch them work…they clearly know their trade ! It was also refreshing to work with a company who understands what customer service means and who also stand behind their work. I highly recommend Precision to anyone who is in the market for a new garage door or in need of service for an existing door…would have rated them 6 stars if given the option! Thanks to Ron and the team at Precision!!

This is the second time we have used Precision to repair our aging garage door when it failed unexpectedly. Both times the techs have been punctual, professional and very reasonable. Appreciate the fact they sent a Bio of tech prior to their arrival. Highly recommended if you need any repairs or new installation. Will definitely use them big needed again in the future.

At approximately 4:30pm Sunday afternoon, following a minor incident that forced my garage door off its track and half-open - therefore creating a safety and security problem, I immediately researched "garage door repair" via the Internet. I was very pleased and relieved to find Precision Door Service's website advertising "We Are Open Today, Sunday July 5, 2020, Appts: 8:00am - 5:00pm." I quickly called the phone number provided on their website. A very courteous Precision Door Service representative confirmed my address and stated a technician would arrive by 7pm. Twenty minutes later I received a phone call from the technician (Chris) who stated he would arrive in 10-15 minutes; which he did and promptly (as well as efficiently) fixed my garage door without additional parts or unnecessary labor. Total cost under $100.00.

New doors and opener installed today. The techs were quick and efficient and clean up was excellent. Sinad and Spencer did a great job. Love the new doors, makes a great improvement on the outside look of the house and they are so quiet. Had a 2 Amarr Lincoln 2000 doors with Arch Thames windows and PDS Linear opener installed, very happy with both choices. Ron, the owner, came out the give the estimate and gave me very clear and precise information, would definitely recommend and use this company again. Very customer oriented!

Great door. Great people. I was charged $50 for a service call because my doo was not closing and that seemed a bit odd. However, I have no complaints and I would have them install another door if I needed it.

Highly recommend! 24/7 service. I called at 8am on a Friday and my service was completed by 10:30am. Owner Ron was friendly, kind, and professional. No sales pitch at all. Great work at a fair price. Very efficient process. Information, scheduling, estimate, work done all triple-documented via phone, text, and email. I work in customer service myself and I absolutely would / will call again.
